温针灸结合刺络放血治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效观察

目的探讨温针灸结合刺络放血治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法 方便选择了2012年1月—2015年12月期间107例膝关节骨性关节炎的临床资料，采取温针灸结合刺络放血治疗措施的患者47例作为观察组，常规治疗措施患者60例作为对照组，治疗3个月后评价两组临床疗效。结果 两组患者的临床效果进行对比发现，两组患者在手术前的HSS膝关节评分、WOMAC骨性关节炎指数与膝关节活动度比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；观察组患者术后3个月的HSS膝关节评分（87.78±10.46），WOMAC骨关节炎指数（22.34±4.33），关节活动度（122.34±6.49）；对照组患者术后3个月HSS膝关节评分（65.42±9.34），WOMAC骨关节炎指数（35.46±4.56），关节活动度（103.27±6.93）。两者患者术后3个月的HSS膝关节评分、WOMAC骨性关节炎指数及膝关节活动度与手术前比较有明显好转，从好转程度方面分析，观察组优于对组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 温针灸结合刺络放血在膝关节骨性关节炎的临床治疗中具有重要价值，临床效果满意，值得临床推广应用。

［Abstract］Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with moxibustion treatment of knee osteoarthritis by phlebotomy.Methods Convenient selection during the period January 2012—December 2015 the clinical data of 107 cases of osteoarthritis of the knee，take warm acupuncture combined with bloodletting therapy in 47 patients as the observation group，patients with conventional treatment as control group of 60 cases，the clinical efficacy of two groups after three months of treatment.Results The clinical effects of the two groups，two groups preoperative HSS knee score，WOMAC knee joint osteoarthritis index activity had no significant difference（P＞0.05）；the patients in the observation group after 3 months of the HSS knee score was（87.78±10.46），WOMAC osteoarthritis index was（22.34±4.33），joint activities（122.34±6.49）；the control group of patients after 3 months HSS knee score was（65.42±9.34），WOMAC osteoarthritis index was（35.46±4.56），（103.27±6.93）ROM.Two patients with postoperative HSS knee score of 3 months，WOMAC Osteoarthritis Index and knee joint activity were significantly improved compared with preoperative，the observation group improved significantly than the control group，there were significant differences between the two groups（P＜0.05）. ConclusionWarm acupuncture combined with bloodletting has important value in the clinical treatment of knee osteoarthritis，clinical results were satisfactory，worthy of clinical application.
