优质护理服务ICU护理风险规避中的应用探究

目的 探究优质护理服务ICU护理风险规避中的应用。方法 整群选取该院2014年10月—2015年10月ICU接诊的228例患者，按照接诊顺序编号，以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组114例。对照组患者住院期间，接受ICU常规临床护理，主要包括：ICU病情监护、健康宣教、遵医嘱护理、心理干预及并发症防护。观察组结合既往临床工作经验，分析ICU的护理风险，并以此为依据，制定并实施优质护理，尽可能规避护理风险，排除安全隐患，后对比两组患者的护理风险事件发生率与护理满意度。结果 观察组护理风险事件发生率2.63%显著低于对照组14.9%，较对照组，观察组护理风险事件发生率低，两组比较差异有统计学意义；两组患者护理满意度对比，观察组护理服务满意度95.61%显著高于对照组83.33%，观察组显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义。结论 优质护理在ICU病房护理风险中有良好的应用效果，能有效规避护理风险，促进友好互换关系的培养，提高护理满意度，具备于临床推广应用的意义与价值。

［Abstract］Objective To explore application on high quality nursing service in avoiding ICU nursing risk.Methods Group selection 228 patients who was receipted from October 2014 to October 2015，they were numbered according to the reception sequence，and they were divided into control group and observation group by table of random numbers，114 cases in each group.It mainly includes：ICU condition monitoring，health education，compliance with doctor's advice，psychological intervention and prevention of complications.Observation group combined with previous clinical experience.It was analyzed ICU nursing risk，and through the basis to implement high quality nursing care in order to avoid nursing risk and eliminate safe hidden danger，then compared with the two groups of patients with nursing risk events occurrence rate and nursing satisfaction.Results The 2.63%of nursing risk events occurrence rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（14.9%），compared with the control group，the nursing risk events occurrence rate of observation group is lower，the difference between the two groups have statistical significance；Compared with the nursing satisfaction of the two groups，observation group satisfaction with nursing service 95.61%was significantly higher than the control group 83.33%，the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group，the difference is statistically significant.Conclusion Nursing quality in ICU nursing risk has good application effect，it can effectively avoid the risk of nursing and promote friendly exchanges of each other，improve nursing satisfaction，it have meaning and value of clinical application.
