社区干预护理对冠状动脉硬化性心脏病患者生活方式作用及效果分析

目的 通过对于社区干预护理对冠状动脉硬化性心脏病患者生活方式作用及效果分析，为其发病率、死亡率的降低，奠定良好的基础。方法 方便选取2014年4月—2015年4月100例社区冠状动脉硬化性心脏病患者，进行社区干预护理，观察其生活方式，在干预前后的变化。结果100例患者中，经过社区干预护理，其吸烟、饮酒、高脂饮食、运动、体重方面，都有明显的变化，且差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），而心理情绪变化不大，差异有统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 社区干预护理，针对于冠状动脉硬化性心脏病患者来说，对于其生活方式、作用效果，是有明显的变化的，但是针对患者的心理，变化不太明显，说明该方法是值的推广和完善的。

［Abstract］Objective Through the community nursing intervention in patients with coronary atherosclerosis sex heart disease function and effect analysis of way of life，to reduce its incidence and mortality rates，and lay a good foundation. Methods In April 2014 to April 2015，with 100 cases of coronary atherosclerosis sex heart disease patients in community，community intervention nursing，observe its way of life，change before and after the intervention.Results 100 cases of patients，after the community nursing intervention，the smoking，alcohol consumption，high fat diet，exercise，weight，have obvious change，and P＜0.05，and the psychological mood changed little，P＞0.05）.Conclusion Community nursing intervention，for coronary atherosclerosis sex heart disease patients，for their way of life，effects，there is a significant change，but in view of the mental patients，with no obvious change to show that the method is a generalization of the value and the consummation.
