临床护理路径在胆结石围手术期的护理体会

目的 研究分析临床护理路径在胆结石围手术期的临床护理效果。方法 整群选取该院2014年10月—2015年10月期间收治的胆结石手术患者66例，按照抽签的方法将其随机分成研究组和参照组，每组患者均33例。对研究组患者应用临床护理路径，对参照组患者应用常规护理方法，对比分析两组患者的相关临床护理指标。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为96.97%，优于对照组的72.73%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组护理满意度为93.94%，优于对照组的66.67%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组患者平均住院时间、术后进食时间、住院费用、下床活动时间比较，观察组优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在胆结石手术期中应用临床护理路径，能够有效提高患者的治疗效果，缩短患者的术后恢复时间，提高患者的预后质量，在临床中应用具有重要意义。

［Abstract］Objective To study the clinical nursing effect of clinical nursing pathway in the perioperative period of gallstones.Methods Group selection 66 cases of patients with gallstone surgery admitted in our hospital from October 2014 to October in were randomly divided into study group and reference group，33 cases in each group were randomly divided into the study group and the reference group.The study group of patients with clinical nursing path，the reference group of patients with routine nursing methods，comparative analysis of the two groups of patients with clinical nursing indicators.Results To observe the treatment group the total effective rate was 96.97%，superior to 72.73%in the control group，the difference was significant（P＜0.05）；observation group satisfaction was 93.94%，better than the control group（66.67%），the difference was significant（P＜0.05）；operation time，average length of stay of patients in the two groups after eating time，cost of hospitalization，time to ambulation compared in the observation group than in the control group，the difference is statistically significant（P＜0.05）.Conclusion In the gall stone operation period of application of clinical nursing pathway，can effectively improve the treatment effect of patients，shorten the patient's postoperative recovery time and improve the prognosis of patients with quality，in clinical application is of great significance.

根据相关研究报告显示，经济体制的发展促进了我国国民生活水平的提升，由于人们饮食结构发生了不同程度的变化，胆结石患者越来越多，患病率逐渐上升，已经成为我国临床常见病以及高发病之一，对患者的身体健康造成较大影响，严重的甚至会威胁生命［1］。胆结石患者大多数应用手术方法治疗，患者的临床效果较好，但是预后质量较差，科学有效的治疗方法辅以全面系统的护理操作显得尤为重要。……
