药物四联治疗HP相关性胃溃疡疗效及不良反应分析

目的 对药物四联治疗HP相关性胃溃疡疗效及不良反应的分析和探讨。方法 方便选该院2015年1—9月期间治疗的110例HP相关性胃溃疡患者，分为对照组和试验组，各55例，对照组服用阿莫西里、克拉霉素和奥美拉唑，试验组服用阿莫西林、克拉霉素、奥美拉唑和胶体枸橼酸铋，比较疗效、不良反应。结果 治疗后，试验组总有效率94.55%高于对照组87.27%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后，试验组神经毒性、出血、幽门梗阻人数少于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 药物四联治疗HP相关性胃溃疡疗效显著，不良反应少。

［Abstract］Objective Drug quadruple in the treatment of Hp associated gastric ulcer curative effect and the adverse reaction of analysis and discussion.Methods Convenient selection elected from our hospital in January 2015 to 2015 September during the treatment of 110 cases of Hp associated gastric ulcer patients and divided into control group and the experimental group，each group of 55 cases，control group was given Amo Siri，clarithromycin and omeprazole.The experimental group took amoxicillin，clarithromycin，omeprazole and colloidal bismuth citrate and compare the efficacy，adverse reactions.Results After treatment，the test group total efficiency 94.55%higher than that of the control group was 87.27%，and the difference is significant（P＜0.05）.After treatment，the test group neurotoxicity，bleeding，pyloric obstruction number less than that of the control Group，the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.05）.Conclusion The efficacy of the drug treatment of HP associated gastric ulcers quadruple，less adverse reaction.

最常见的胃溃疡的病因是由于幽门螺杆菌的感染，此外还有长期服用非甾体类抗炎药、遗传、胃酸和胃蛋白酶的自身消化和饮食习惯等［1］。目前常用的治疗方法为联合用药，其中三联药物疗法在临床应用了很多年，但近年来四联疗法引起人们的关注［2］。该研究以该院2015年1—9月期间治疗的110例HP相关性胃溃疡患者为研究对象，旨在探究药物四联治疗HP相关性胃溃疡的疗效，现报道如下。
