曲美他嗪联合黄芪注射液在治疗病毒性急性心肌炎中的临床疗效

目的 探究曲美他嗪联合黄芪注射液在治疗病毒性急性心肌炎中的临床疗效。方法 方便抽选2014年12月1日—2016年1月1日在该院收治的病毒性急性心肌炎的患者110例，分成观察组（常规治疗）和对照组（曲美他嗪联合黄芪注射液）治疗，比较两组治疗的临床效果以及心功能改善情况。结果 观察组、对照组治疗后的有效率分别是96.36%、76.36%，两者差别显著，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者治疗后，心率、左室舒张末内经、脑尿钠肽、左室射血分数等指标均显著优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 联合应用曲美他嗪联合黄芪注射液治疗毒性急性心肌炎可以有效的改善患者心肌功能，使临床症状得到缓解，值得在临床推广。

［Abstract］Objective Explore the clinical efficacy of trimetazidine combined with astragalus injection in the treatment of acute viral myocarditis.Methods Convenient selection from December 1，2014 to January 1，2016，110 patients admitted to our hospital lottery in acute viral myocarditis，divided into observation group（conventional treatment）and control group （trimetazidine combined with astragalus injection）treatment were compared the clinical effects of treatment and improvement of cardiac function.Results Observation group，the control group after treatment rates were 96.36%，76.36%，the difference is significant，statistically significant（P＜0.05）；the observation group patients，heart rate，left ventricular end-diastolic by internal brain natriuretic peptide，left ventricular ejection fraction and other indicators are significantly better than the control group，with statistical significance（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Combined trimetazidine combined with astragalus injection toxicity Acute myocarditis can effectively improve patients'cardiac function，causing the clinical symptoms have been alleviated，worthy of promotion.

病毒性急性心肌炎是一种因病毒感染进而产生的心肌局部灶性急性炎或者弥漫性的病变，此疾病在早期的临床症状不容易发现［1］，但是到了晚期之后会表现的十分复杂，经常伴随着心力衰竭、心源性休克、心功能不全等并发症，会严重影响患者的生质量，严重时甚至会导致死亡，且临床死亡率较高［2］。曲美他嗪是一种可以改善心肌细胞代谢的药物，同时黄芪也具有改善患者免疫力、提高心功能的疗效［3］。……
