二甲双胍与炔雌醇环丙孕酮片对多囊卵巢综合征的疗效

目的 为了探究二甲双胍联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效。方法 整群选取2012年1月—2015年1月在该院接受诊治多囊卵巢综合征患者176例多囊，随机分为对照组（炔雌醇环丙孕酮片），治疗组（二甲双胍联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片），每组88人，对比其治疗效果、性激素水平、胰岛素分泌指数、胰岛素抵抗指数等指标。结果对照组治疗总有效率78.41%低于治疗组97.73%的治疗总有效率，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在治疗多卵巢综合征病患时，二甲双胍联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片的疗效更理想，应推广使用。

［Abstract］Objective To explore the clinical effect of metformin combined with Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods Group selection selected January 2012 to January 2015 in our hospital accept sign a total of 176 patients with polycystic diagnosis and treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome，were divided for the control group（ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets），treatment group（metformin combined with ethinyl estradiol cyproterone acetate tablets），each group of 88 people，compared to the treatment effect，the level of sex hormone and insulin secretion index and insulin resistance index and indicators.Results The total effective rate of the control group was 78.41%lower than that of the treatment group（97.73%），and there was a significant difference（P＜0.05）. ConclusionIn the treatment of patients with multiple ovarian syndrome，metformin combined with Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets's efficacy is more ideal，should be used to promote the use of.

随着生活节奏的加快［1］，人类的工作压力越来越大，妇科疾病的发病率逐渐升高，多囊卵巢综合征是育期女性常见病之一，有效治疗对女性正常生育及健康有着重要影响。该文为在该院于2012年1月—2015年1月接受治疗的多囊卵巢综合征患者提供二甲双胍联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片，效果显著，现报道如下。

1　资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

整群选取该院2012年1月—2015年1月接受治疗的176例多囊卵巢综合征患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组88人。对照组，年龄21～40岁，平均（29.73± 2.62）岁；病程4个月～6年，平均（2.73±1.16）年。治疗组，年龄23～40岁，平均（30.12±1.35）岁；病程2个月～7年，平均（3.24±1.36）年。全部患者均签署过同意书，对比其临床资料，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），可以对比。……
