表柔比星联合卡培他滨治疗三阴性乳腺癌的临床观察

目的 探讨表柔比星联合卡培他滨治疗三阴性乳腺癌的临床疗效。方法 方便选取该院肿瘤科2012年1月—2015年1月之间收治78例三阴性乳腺癌患者的临床治疗资料进行了回顾性分析，对照组行柔比星治疗，实验组行表柔比星联合卡培他滨治疗，对两组三阴性乳腺癌患者临床资料进行统计分析。结果 实验组临床治疗后VEGF-C水平为（6 012.4±214.4）ng/L，对照组临床治疗后VEGF-C水平为（5 904.0±132.5）ng/L，两组对比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 三阴性乳腺癌患者接受表柔比星联合卡培他滨治疗，具有较为满意的治疗效果。

［Abstract］Objective To investigate the clinical effect of combined treatment of three negative breast cancer patients treated with the combination of table and flexible.Methods Convenient selection the author of our hospital January 2012 to 2015 between January from 78 patients with triple negative breast cancer patients with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed，Compared with the control group，the experimental group was treated with the combination of the two groups，and the clinical data of three negative breast cancer patients with two negative breast cancer were statistically analyzed.Results The level of VEGF-C in the experimental group was（6 012.4±214.4）ng/L，the VEGF-C level was（5 904±132.5）ng/L in the control group，and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Patients with triple negative breast cancer received soft table than star union card capecitabine treatment and has a satisfactory therapeutic effect.

医学研究结果证实，三阴性乳腺癌约占乳腺癌患者病例总数的10%-20%左右，大部分三阴性乳腺癌患者均存在人表皮生长因子受体、雌激素和孕激素等阴性的检测结果，该疾病具有较高的复发率和转移率，患者预后效果一般不十分理想。三阴性乳腺癌患者通常接受化学治疗，但缺乏特异性靶向治疗以及内分泌治疗方法。血管内皮生长因子C（VEGF-C）是一种乳腺癌转移过程中的关键因子，在乳腺癌的远处转移方面，可以促进其速度，使淋巴管的扩张和生成速度提高。该研究方便选取了该院2012年1月—2015年1月之间收治的78例患者进行对照性研究，现报道如下。……
