针对不同剂量辛伐他汀治疗老年高血压合并高脂血的临床疗效及安全性分析

目的 探讨不同剂量的辛伐他汀治疗老年高血压合并高血脂症的效果。方法 整群选取该院2015年1—12月收治的156例老年高血压合并高血脂患者，将其随机分为高剂量组和低剂量组，对两组患者采用不同剂量的辛伐他汀进行治疗，比较两组患者的血脂与血压变化。结果 高剂量组的并发症发病率为6.41%，低剂量组的并发症发病率为7.69%，两组患者的并发症发病率差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 高剂量的辛伐他汀治疗老年高血压合并高血脂效果更佳，值得临床推广应用。

［Abstract］Objective To investigate the effect of different doses of simvastatin in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia.Methods Group selection between January to December 2015 from 156 cases in elderly hypertension and hyperlipidemia patients，which were randomly divided into high dose group and low dose group，of two groups of patients with different doses of simvastatin treatment，compared two groups of patients with lipids and blood pressure changes.Results The complication rate of the high dose group was 6.41%，the complication rate of the low dose group was 7.69%，the incidence of complications between the two groups was not statistically significant（P＞0.05）.Conclusion High dose of simvastatin in the treatment of elderly hypertension and hyperlipidemia patients with better effect，it is worthy of clinical application.

我国老龄化社会不断的发展，使得临床上越来越多的老年疾病发病率增高，高血压与高血脂均为老年高发疾病，患者长期处于高血脂与高血压状态，极大的提高了冠心病、脑出血等疾病的发病率，严重影响了患者的生活质量。高血压和高血脂均为临床较为常见的老年疾病，会直接影响患者的生活治疗，两种疾病经常伴随存在，使患者的治疗更加复杂［1-2］。为了保证患者的治疗效果，为患者采用更高效的药物十分关键［3-4］。辛伐他汀是临床常用治疗高血脂的药物，该文对该院2015 年1—12月收治的156例患者采用不同剂量辛伐他汀进行治疗，比较患者的治疗效果，现报道如下。
