小剂量糖皮质激素用于脑出血迟发性脑水肿治疗128例分析

目的 对小剂量糖皮质激素用于脑出血迟发性脑水肿治疗的分析和评价。方法 整群选择从2014年5月—2015 年5月入住该院接受治疗的128例脑出血迟发性脑水肿患者作为该次研究对象，进行回顾性分析，研究小剂量糖皮质激素用于脑出血迟发性脑水肿的临床疗效。结果 经过治疗后128例患者的病情均有不同程度的改善，最终均好转出院。其中62例患者症状完全消失，10例伴有显著肌力降低的患者中有9例出现好转，生活质量明显提高；15例伴有麻木、疼痛的患者有13例主观感觉恢复正常。结论 小剂量糖皮质激素用于脑出血迟发性脑水肿的治疗临床效果较好，值得在临床上进行推广。

［Abstract］Objective Low dose glucocorticoid hormone for cerebral hemorrhage cerebral edema treatment of analysis and evaluation.Methods Group choose from May 2014 to May 2015 years admitted to our hospital for treatment of 128 cases of delayed cerebral edema patients as the research object of study，a retrospective analysis of small dose of glucocorticoid hormone for cerebral hemorrhage cerebral edema clinical curative effect.Results After the treatment of 128 cases of patients with the condition had different degrees of improvement，and ultimately were improved and discharged.Among them，62 patients symptoms disappeared completely，10 cases were associated with significant muscle force decreased in 9 cases have improved And improved quality of life；15 cases accompanied by numbness，pain in patients with 13 cases of subjective feeling back to normal.Conclusion Low dose glucocorticoid for cerebral hemorrhage delayed cerebral edema treatment has good clinical effect，it is worth in clinical promotion.

脑出血为较常见的急性脑血管性疾病，有研究显示每年的发病率在0.07%左右，致死率为35%左右［1］。其中脑水肿为加重或者引起死亡的重要原因，脑水肿通常出现在出血后的2～3 d，4～7 d达高峰，14 d左右后水肿逐渐被吸收并消退，亦有较少数的脑出血患者于14 d后出血灶周围的水肿带不仅没有消退反而有加重趋势，临床上将之称为反常性脑水肿或者迟发性脑水肿，目前其发生原因仍不明确［2］。该研究回顾性分析2014 年5月—2015年5月入住该院接受治疗的128例脑出血迟发性脑水肿患者，现报道如下。
