吞咽功能筛查在脑卒中后减少患者误吸中的应用价值分析

目的 分析吞咽功能筛查对脑卒中后减少患者误吸发生情况的影响。方法 方便收集该院2014年1月—2015 年1月间收治的患脑卒中的180例患者，将其随机分成两组：对照组包含90例患者，按照患者主诉评估有无吞咽障碍，且遵医嘱给予饮食护理。研究组包含90例患者，均行吞咽功能筛查，且按照结果给予针对性的饮食护理。观察及比较两组患者的误吸发生情况。结果 研究组患者的吞咽功能障碍筛查率为53.33%，明显高于对照组的24.44%；对照组患者的误吸发生率为13.33%，明显低于对照组的38.89%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 吞咽功能筛查能够有效提高脑卒中患者的吞咽功能障碍检出率，减少患者误吸，值得进一步推广。

［Abstract］Objective To analyze the influence of swallowing function screening in reduction of patients'aspiration after cerebral apoplexy.Methods Convenient selection 180 patients with stroke and who accepted treatments in our hospital from，January，2014 to January，2015 were collected，and the patients were randomly divided into two groups：In the control group included 90 patients were according to the assessment of the patient complained that is there swallowing disorder，and follow the doctor's advice to given the food and care while in the study group included 90 patients who were screened for swallowing function，and according to the results to given the targeted diet nursing.Then，the incidence of aspiration of the two groups of patients were observed and compared.Results The screening rate of swallowing dysfunction in the study group was 53.33%，which was significantly higher than that in the control group of 24.44%；The incidence rate of aspiration in the control group was 13.33%，which was significantly lower than that of the control group（P＜0.05），and the difference was statistically significant（＜38.89%）.Conclusion The swallowing function screening can effectively improve the detection rate of swallowing dysfunction in patients with stroke，and reduce the patients with aspiration，thus it is worth to be promoted in the further.

吞咽功能障碍是脑卒中患者的主要症状，其常导致患者出现误吸、呛咳，等情况，严重时甚至出现窒息，严重影响患者的身心健康［1］。因此，对脑卒中吞咽功能障碍的早期发现及及早处理显得尤为重要。该研究方便收集该院2014年1月—2015年1月间收治的脑卒中的180例住院患者，给予吞咽功能筛查且施行针对性的饮食干预，效果较为满意，现报道如下。
