患者体温对麻醉后苏醒效果和拔管时间的干预作用及价值评述

目的 研究患者体温对麻醉后苏醒效果和拔管时间的干预作用及价值。方法 试验对象：方便选取该院2014年1月—2015年12月收治的68例行全麻手术患者。患者分组方法：抽签法。68例患者分为常规处理组和保温处理组两个组别。常规处理组仅进行常规干预；保温处理组术中给予保温措施。观察指标：①术中不良事件发生率；②患者术后苏醒和拔管时间的差异。结果①保温处理组相比于常规处理组术中不良事件发生率更低，分别为5.88%（2/34）和23.53%（8/34），χ2检验结果P＜0.05；②保温处理组相比于常规处理组术后苏醒和拔管时间更短，t检验结果P＜0.05。结论 患者体温对麻醉后苏醒效果和拔管时间具有一定的影响，术中进行保温处理，可有效减少术中寒颤，等不良事件的发生，缩短苏醒时间和拔管时间。

［Abstract］Objective To study the intervention effect and value of body temperature recovery and extubation time effect after anesthesia.Methods Convenient selection 68 cases of patients with general anesthesia in our hospital from January 2014 -December 2015 were treated with general anesthesia.Patient group method：draw.68 cases were divided into two groups：the routine treatment group and the heat preservation group.Routine treatment group was treated only with routine intervention；heat preservation measures were given in the treatment group.Results① the incidence of adverse events during the operation；②the difference of postoperative recovery and extubation time.Results：①heat treatment group compared to adverse events in conventional treatment group were lower incidence，respectively，5.88%（2/34）and 23.53%（8/34），P＜0.05；②heat treatment group compared to the conventional treatment group after wake up and pull out the tube in a shorter time，P＜0.05.Conclusion Patients temperature of anesthesia anesthetic effect and medical student time of tube has a certain influence，during heat treatment，can effectively reduce the occurrence of intraoperative chills，and other adverse events，shorten the recovery time and pull pipe time.

一般来说，人体可通过自身体温调节系统维持体温恒定，但手术治疗患者体温可受手术创伤、麻醉、术中身体暴露，等而降低，而低体温可对患者产生不利影响，对心脏活动产生抑制，导致血压和心率降低，药物于血浆中半衰期延长，一定程度上抑制了免疫功能，可影响手术效果，导致术后苏醒和拔管延迟。因而，加强术中体温干预意义重大［1］。该研究对该院2014年1月—2015年12月收治的68例行全麻手术患者进行分析，研究患者体温对麻醉后苏醒效果和拔管时间的干预作用及价值，现报道如下。……
