对比分析改良右半结肠切除术和传统根治术治疗结肠癌的临床效果

目的对比分析改良右半结肠切除术和传统根治术治疗结肠癌的临床效果。方法 选择该院2014年1—12月收治的结肠癌患者为研究对象，随机抽取120例，分为实验组和对照组每组60例，实验组采用改良右半结肠切除术，而针对对照组所实施的治疗方法为传统的根治手术治疗；结合实验组和对照组两组的治疗效果以及预后情况进行对比分析。结果 实验组手术时间为（69.59±10.2）min，对照组手术时间为（86.32±20.54）min，实验组明显小于对照组；实验组和对照组肠道功能恢复时间分别为（73.25±38.45）h、（81.12±40.12）h；平均住院时间较短，根据数据统计，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。手术中淋巴清扫个数两组间差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论改良右半结肠切除术的手术效果明显优于传统根治术，值得广泛应用。

［Abstract］Objective To analysis of improved right-side colon resection and traditional radical clinical effect for the treatment of colon cancer.Methods Our hospital of colon cancer patients as the research object，and 120 cases of random divided into experimental group and the control group，each group of 60 people，improved experimental group adopted the right colon resection，the control group treated with traditional radical，comparison and analysis the therapeutic effect and prognosis of two groups of patients.Results（69.59±10.2）operation time of experimental group，control group，operation time was （86.32±20.54），the experimental group significantly less than the control group；in the experimental group and the control group，intestinal function recovery time were（73.25±38.45），（81.12±40.12）；shorter average length of stay，according to the statistical data were was statistically significant（P＜0.05）.The number of lymph nodes were no significant differences in operation（P＞0.05）.Conclusion Modified right-side colon resection effect is superior to the traditional radical surgery，is worth wide application.

结肠癌是消化道常见的恶性肿瘤。在中国的发病率有增高的趋势，仅次于胃癌、肝癌、食道癌。结肠癌好发部位依次为乙状结肠、回盲部、升结肠、降结肠及横结肠［1］。结肠癌的转移途径主要是淋巴转移，所以在手术治疗结肠癌时要将癌变细胞以及淋巴组织全部清除。在以往传统手术治疗后，患者复发率较高，远期效果不理想。该研究以2014年1—12月该院收治的120例结肠癌患者为研究对象，并对两种不同的手术治疗方法所取得治疗效果进行了对比分析，现报道如下。……
