结肠癌患者行腹腔镜手术与传统开腹手术治疗的疗效比较

目的 研究结肠癌患者行腹腔镜手术与传统开腹手术治疗的疗效。方法 整群选取2014年3月—2015年3月该院收治的78例结肠癌患者按照奇偶数字法分为对照组（39例）与实验组（39例）。对照组采取传统开腹手术，实验组实施腹腔镜手术。评估两组疗效。结果 与对照组相比，实验组术中出血量更少，术后排气时间更早，镇痛时间与住院时间更短，组间差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；实验组患者的并发症发生率5.1%，显著低于对照组的20.5%（P＜0.05）。两组手术用时、淋巴结清除数、1年生存率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 腹腔镜手术治疗结肠癌效果确切，可减少术中创伤以及术后并发症。

［Abstract］Objective To study the curative effect of laparoscopic operation and traditional open surgery in patients with colon cancer.Methods Group selection 78 cases of colon cancer patients from March 2014 to march 2015 were divided into control group（39 cases）and experimental group（39 cases）according to the odd and even number method.Control group received conventional open surgery，experimental group received laparoscopic surgery.The treatment effect was observed. Results Compared with the control group，the experimental group were less blood loss，postoperative exhaust time earlier，the analgesia time and hospitalization time is shorter，the difference between the two groups with statistical significance（P＜0.05）；the patients in the experimental group complication rate of 5.1%，significantly lower than the control group of 20.5% （P＜0.05）.In the two groups，the difference was not statistically significant（P＞0.05），and the difference was not statistically significant between the groups，the number of lymph nodes and the 1 year survival rate.ConclusionLaparoscopic surgery is effective in the treatment of colon cancer，which can reduce the trauma and postoperative complications.

作为一种较为常见的临床恶性肿瘤疾病，结肠癌在近年来的发病率不断升高，随着癌细胞不断扩散，患者病情逐步进展恶化，其日常生活质量严重下降，倘若丧失治疗时机，患者生命安全也将受到严重威胁。临床通常在外科手术治疗的同时结合放化疗方案治疗本病，常用手术方式包括传统开腹治疗以及微创外科术式，其中传统开腹手术创伤刺激较为严重，且并发症较多，不利于患者术后康复［1-2］。该文整群选取了该院于2014年3月—2015年3月收治的78例结肠癌患者，将其分为两组，分别行腹腔镜手术与传统开腹手术治疗，比较其疗效，现报道如下。……
