LEEP刀联合α-干扰素栓治疗宫颈糜烂的临床疗效探讨

目的 探讨LEEP刀联合α-干扰素栓在治疗宫颈糜烂方面的治疗效果。方法 整群选取该院2015年1—12月收治的154例宫颈糜烂患者，将其随机分为联合组和对照组，每组77例患者，联合组采用LEEP刀联合α-干扰素栓治疗，对照组则采用LEEP刀进行治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果 联合组治疗痊愈率90.90%，对照组治疗痊愈效率为84.41%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 LEEP刀联合α-干扰素栓治疗宫颈糜烂，治疗效果高，具有非常高的临床应用优势。

［Abstract］Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of LEEP knife combined with interferon alpha in the treatment of cervical erosion.Methods Group selected from our hospital in January 2015 to December 2015 154 cases of cervical erosion patients were randomly divided into combined group and control group，each 77 cases in each group，combination group with LEEP knife combined with alpha interferon suppository in the treatment，control group is used LEEP knife treatment，compared two groups of patients with treatment efficacy.Results The cure rate of the combined group was 90.90%，and the cure rate was 84.41%，the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.05）.Conclusion LEEP knife combined with alpha interferon suppository in the treatment of cervical erosion，the treatment effect is high.

宫颈糜烂是妇科常见病，许多女性在日常生活中由于不卫生的行为导致的宫颈糜烂，宫颈糜烂的主要发病原因，与患者性生活过早、过频、孕产次数过多、性伴侣过多或感染了尖锐湿疣有关。患者患有宫颈糜烂初期不会表现出明显的临床症状，但在患病后期，则会出现阴道流血等较为严重的症状，对患者的身心健康影响巨大［1］。临床上除了利用栓剂进行给药治疗外，已经将LEEP刀应用与宫颈糜烂的治疗当中，取得了良好的治疗效果，该文对2015年1—12月该院收治的154例宫颈糜烂患者采用LEEP刀联合α-干扰素联用治疗的资料进行分析，现报道如下。

1　资料与方法

1.1 一般资料
