Wnt2、dvl蛋白在食管鳞癌组织中的表达和评价

目的 探究Wnt2、dvl蛋白在食管鳞癌组织中的表达及意义。方法 整群收集2014年12月—2015年12月该院确诊的食道鳞癌手术切除标本131例和131例健康食管组织标本，检测Wnt2、Dvl，分析与临床病理特征关系。结果在食管鳞癌组织中Wnt2及Dvl阳性率分别为89.3%和78.2%，正常食管组织中Wnt2及Dvl的阳性率分别为11.9%、8.6%，P＜0.05。且有淋巴结转移组织阳性率较高。结论Wnt2、Dvl蛋白的表达异常可能与食管鳞癌的发生及发展密切相关。

［Abstract］Objective To investigate the Wnt2，DVL protein in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissue expression and significance.Methods In December 2014 to December 2015 diagnosed esophageal carcinoma resection specimens of 131 cases and 131 healthy esophageal tissue specimens，detection of Wnt2 and DVL，analysis and clinical pathological features. Results In esophageal squamous cell carcinoma（ESCC）positive rate of Wnt2 and DVL were 89.3%and 78.2%，the positive rate of normal esophageal tissues Wnt2 and DVL were 11.9%8.6%P＜0.05.And lymph node metastasis tissue the positive rate is high.Conclusion Wnt2，the abnormal expression of Dvl protein may be closely related to the occurrence and development of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.

食道癌是常见的消化道恶性肿瘤，在我国十大鳞癌占90%以上。目前食管癌的有效治疗手段主要依赖早期手术，但由于食道癌患者在早期无明显的特异症状，故80%患者发现并就诊时已为晚期［1］。因此明确特异的分子指标用于食管癌的人群筛查，对早期诊断及治疗都有重大意义［2］。该研究采用免疫组织化法检测了2014年12月—2015年12月该院收治的131例食道癌患者的食道鳞癌组织及健康食管组织中的Wnt2、Dvl蛋白的表达，探究其对食道癌发生的影响，现报道如下。

1　资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

整群收集2014年12月—2015年12月该院收治的诊断明确为食道鳞癌手术切除标本131例，所有患者均未经放化疗。该次研究均经过所有患者或者其家属知情并同意，并由该院伦理委员会批准实施。其中男79例，女52例，年龄27～79（57.6±11.29）岁。按照2001年国际抗癌联合会修订的TNM分期标准［3］，Ⅰ+Ⅱ期76例，Ⅲ+Ⅳ期55例。其中淋巴结转移76例。……
