重点环境管理危险化学品壬基酚危害性分级

为加强危险化学品环境管理，预防和减少危险化学品对环境和人体健康的危害，防范环境风险，履行国际公约，环境保护部颁布了《危险化学品环境管理登记办法》（环境保护部令第22号），要求重点环境管理危险化学品生产企业对涉及到的重点环境管理危险化学品开展环境风险评估。目前已对外公布的重点环境管理危险化学品名录共有83种，壬基酚名列其中。本文将采用定性分析方法对壬基酚危害性进行分级，为后续环保部门开展环境风险评估奠定技术基础。

Abstract：In order to strengthen the environmental management of hazardous chemicals，prevent and reduce the harm of hazardous chemicals to environment and human health，guard against environmental risks，fulfill the international convention，the Ministry of Environmental Protection issued the “Environmental management measures for the registration of hazardous chemicals （No.22）”.The manufacturer of hazardous chemicals under key environmental management conduct the environmental risk assessment on those chemicals.The key environmental management of hazardous chemicals has announced the list of a total of 83 species，among which is nonylphenol.The paper will classify the nonylphenol hazard using the method of qualitative analysis for the environmental risk assessment，along with follow-up from the environmental protection department.

壬基酚是一种非常典型的烷基酚类化合物，作为一种重要的化工原料，在工业生产和日常生活中应用广泛，可用于生产水性涂料、清洁剂、农药制剂、化妆品等[1]。随着其使用量的不断增加，壬基酚已成为环境中广泛分布的新兴污染物，被确定为环保部列名的重点环境管理危险化学品，对应目录编号为PHC011[2]。壬基酚的环境安全一直是国际社会关注的热点，本文从GHS分类、CMR物质评估、PBT和vPvB物质评估三方面对壬基酚的危害性进行分级。……
