摘 要 本文介绍扶正化瘀制剂（胶囊/片剂）抗肝纤维化和肝硬化，联合抗乙型肝炎病毒核苷（酸）类似物治疗慢性乙型肝炎及其肝硬化，联合其他药物治疗原发性胆汁性肝硬化和非酒精性脂肪性肝炎，以及治疗肝硬化相关的门静脉高压和代谢障碍等的临床疗效，并介绍扶正化瘀片在美国进行的用于抗慢性丙型肝炎肝纤维化的Ⅱ期临床试验情况。

Clinical effects of Fuzhen Huayu preparations on anti-hepatic fibrosis and chronic liver diseases*

ABSTRACT This paper reviews the clinical effects of Fuzhen Huayu preparations （capsule/tablet） on anti-hepatic fibrosis and liver cirrhosis. They can treat chronic hepatitis and cirrhosis when combining with nucleos（t）ide analogues， primary biliary cirrhosis and non-alcoholic steatohepatitis when combining with other drugs and cirrhosis-associated portal hypertension and metabolic disorders. The phase II clinical trial of Fuzhen Huayu tablet for anti-fibrosis of chronic hepatitis C patients in the United States is introduced as well.

扶正化瘀制剂（胶囊/片剂）旧名为肝平胶囊、扶正化瘀方、319方，由上海中医药大学肝病研究所研制，2002年获得国家药品食品监督管理局批准，用于抗肝纤维化，并已被2006年发表的《肝纤维化中西医结合诊疗指南》[1]和2011年发表的《肝硬化中西医结合诊疗共识》[2]列为首选的抗肝纤维化中成药。扶正化瘀制剂是曾获得国家科技进步二等奖的中成药，至今共获得17项国内、外专利，包括5项世界专利。

扶正化瘀制剂是依据肝纤维化“正虚血瘀”的基本病机而设计的一种中成药，由丹参、虫草菌粉、桃仁、绞股蓝、松花粉和五味子6味中药组成。其中，丹参活血祛瘀，为君药；冬虫夏草补虚损、益精气，桃仁助丹参活血化瘀，共为臣药；松花粉益气润燥，绞股蓝清热解毒，同为佐药；五味子味酸，为引经使药。扶正化瘀制剂的主治功能为活血祛瘀、益精养肝，用法用量是每日3次、每次口服1.5 g（胶囊）或1.6 g（片剂）。20多年来，扶正化瘀制剂已在临床上被广泛用于治疗各种慢性肝病，且无明显不良反应。……
