输卵管性不孕症的临床治疗探析

【摘要】目的 总结输卵管性不孕症的具体临床发病原因，以及诊断治疗工作，提高此疾病临床治疗效果。方法 选择我院妇产科于2013年3月～2015年8月就诊治疗的100例输卵管性不孕症患者的临床资料，按照治疗方法的不同分为采取宫腔镜下输卵管通液手术治疗的对照组，以及采取宫腹腔镜联合手术治疗的实验组。对患者病因、总有效率、妊娠率等情况进行研究。结果 经研究结果显示，造成输卵管性不孕症的病因种类多样，包括子宫肌瘤、慢性盆腔炎、输卵管积液以及卵巢囊肿等。实验组的确诊率为100%（50/50），对照组确诊率为74%（37/50）。经统计学分析，实验组的总确诊率高于对照组，P＜0.05。对比两组治疗总有效率，实验组优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 输卵管性不孕症的原因较多，采取宫腹腔镜联合治疗所得效果优良。

Objective To summarize the specific clinical etiology of oviduct infertility，as well as diagnosis and treatment work，improve the effect of clinical treatment of the disease. Methods The clinical data of 100 cases of tubal infertility treated in our hospital from March 2013 to August 2015 were selected. They were divided into the control group taking treatment oviduct through liquid under hysteroscopy surgery，and the experimental group to take palace of laparoscopic surgical treatment of. Cause of patients，the total effective rate，pregnancy rate，and so on were studied. Results The results showed that the cause of oviduct infertility had species diversity，including uterine fibroids，chronic pelvic inflammatory disease，fallopian tube effusion，and ovarian cyst，etc. From the positive rate of two groups of patients，the positive rate of experimental group was 100%（50/50），control group diagnosis rate was 74%（37/50）. After statistics analysis，the total positive rate of experimental group was higher than control group（P＜0.05）.Compared the two groups total effective treatment rate，the experimental group was also better than the control group（P＜0.05）. Conclusion The reasons of oviduct infertility is more，to take laparoscopic for combined treatment，the income effect is remarkable.

相关数据资料表明，输卵管性不孕症已经成为临床治疗中的常见性女性不孕症，严重威胁家庭幸福指数。近年来，由于生活压力以及节奏的加快，人们的生活方式有很大的变化，加上环境污染以及晚婚晚育等问题，所以造成不孕症情况呈逐年递增的发展趋势，对于家庭乃至个人家庭生活都造成严重的影响［1-2］。针对输卵管性不孕症患者，及早的发现和治疗是改善问题的关键。基于以上原因，本文就输卵管不孕症发生的病因进行系统分析，并分别采取宫腹腔镜联合治疗、输卵管通液手术治疗，对比不同临床治疗方案所得效果，详细内容报告如下。……
