喉罩全麻通气应用在妇产科临床麻醉的安全性探讨

【摘要】目的 探讨喉罩全麻通气应用在妇产科临床麻醉的临床疗效与安全性。方法 选取2014年5月～2015年5月在我院接受妇产科手术治疗的患者72例，随机分组，每组36例，对照组采用手术麻醉中行气管内插管，观察组采用喉罩全麻通气，比较两组疗效与安全性。结果 经过对两组患者插管前后的血液动力学的变化情况统计与分析，结果显示在置入插管后，观察组优于对照组，两组数据比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05），置入前后的组内对比，两组数据比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。其中观察组置管成功率为100％，对照组为97．3％。结论 在妇产科临床麻醉中，行喉罩全麻通气比行气管内插管效果较好，而且操作简单，安全性好。

Objective To investigate the laryngeal mask anesthesia ventilation clinical efficacy and safety of anesthesia in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods 72 patients between May 2014 to May 2015 in our hospital obstetrics and gynecology surgery，randomized 36 patients in each group and the control group in the BOC endotracheal intubation anesthesia，observation group larynx ventilation hood anesthesia were compared efficacy and safety.Results The two groups of patients intubation on hemodynamics before and after the change of statistics and analysis，showed that after intubation into observation group than the control group，a significant difference between two sets of data（P＜0．05），comparative into the group before and after the data was significant difference between the two groups（P＜0．05）.Observation group and intubation success rate was 100％ in the control group was 97．3％．Conclusion In obstetrics and gynecology clinical anesthesia，endotracheal intubation laryngeal mask the effect of anesthesia ventilation is better than the line，and simple operation，good security．

喉罩全麻通气是利用具备特殊性的新型通气管对患者进行手术中的通气，通常以硅胶材料为主；主要是以人工通道的方式为主；操作简单，临床应用较为广泛［1］。本组选取72例接受妇产科手术的患者，进行分组比较研究，探讨喉罩全麻通气应用在妇产科临床麻醉的临床疗效与安全性，取得了较好效果。现将具体情况报告如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

本组研究中所选取的72例均经临床病例问询、妇产科检查等相关检查，确诊需要进行手术治疗并行临床麻醉。其中，对照组36例患者，年龄24～38岁，平均年龄为（21.2±2.6）岁，体重为45～68 kg，平均体重为（49.2±8.4）kg；观察组36例患者，年龄23～36岁，平均年龄为（22.1±2.4）岁，体重45 ～67 kg，平均体重为（48.9±7.8）kg；……
