【摘要】 目的：观察湿性愈合方法对脊髓损伤患者压疮的疗效。方法：选取脊髓损伤Ⅰ、Ⅱ期压疮患者30例，随机分成试验组和对照组，每组15例。试验组应用湿性愈合方法，对照组应用干性愈合方法。观察两组患者住院期间压疮部位皮肤愈合情况，并进行统计学分析。结果：试验组患者住院期间Ⅰ、Ⅱ期压疮疗效、换药次数及愈合时间均明显优于对照组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：湿性愈合方法对脊髓损伤患者Ⅰ、Ⅱ期压疮疗效确切，值得推广。

【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the curative effect of wet healing method on the patients with spinal cord injury.Method：30 pressure ulcers patients with spinal cord injury were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group，15 cases in each group.The patients with stageⅠand stageⅡ pressure sore were applied to the wet healing method in the experimental group，and the control group was used the dry healing method.The skin healing of pressure ulcer in the two groups of patients during hospitalization were observed，and analyzed by statistically.Result：The curative effect，the time of dressing change and the healing time of the patients in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of wet healing method on the patients with spinal cord injury is effective and worthy of promotion.

压疮是由于身体局部组织长期受压，血液循环障碍，组织营养缺乏，致使局部组织缺血、低氧，失去正常功能而引起的组织破损和坏死[1-2]。脊髓损伤患者由于外力压迫脊髓而致使脊髓损坏或断裂，从而造成不同程度的截瘫，感觉功能减退或丧失，大小便失禁，营养状况及皮肤软组织新陈代谢率低，压疮发生危险概率较高，且一旦发生久治不愈。这不仅给患者带来痛苦，还可继发感染甚至危及生命，一直是基础护理工作中的重中之重。临床上，护理人员不断探索压疮的最佳治疗方法。在1962年，动物生理学家Winten通过猪体组织研究发现，聚乙烯薄膜覆盖的伤口，其愈合时间较暴露伤口缩短50%，并发表了具有突破性的研究，指出水疱如果不予刺破，能促进上皮表层细胞移动，有利于伤口的迅速愈合[3]。近年来对压疮的治疗观念也有了根本性转变，湿性愈合理论被研究推广[4]。笔者所在科应用湿性愈合理论治疗Ⅰ～Ⅱ期压疮，疗效满意，现报告如下。……
