摘要：随着私家车的不断普及 越来越多的人接触到了为汽车更换润滑油这一问题 所以专业的快速换油站已不是新鲜事物 近年来得到了发展迅速。但在其建设和成立过程中仍存在很多问题 工期拖延是比较严重的一项 直接影响预定的开业时间和相关计划的实施 给主建方带来直接的经济损失。文章欲运用进度管理理论 提出并建设一套能够适用于快速换油站项目的进度管理方案。可为润滑油品牌提供管理模板 迅速拓展产品的渠道网络 不仅对于直接提高快速换油站建设项目实施的水平有重要的现实意义和理论意义 而且可以为汽车轮胎连锁、汽车美容连锁、汽车烤漆连锁等相关行业的终端建设提供参考依据。

Abstract：Nowadays， more and more car owners have encountered with the lube oil replacement for their cars with the popularity of private cars， so the professional quick oil replacement stations have been established rapidly to meet the consumers' demands. However， there still exist a lot of problems during its foundation and construction process. Among them， the delay of the construction period is the most serious one and has a direct negative influence on the opening time and the implementation of other related plans， which will cause the direct economic losses for investors. This thesis will use the schedule management theory to establish a schedule management solution for quick oil replacement station construction. With the research result of this thesis， a management model can be provided for lube oil brands to help them expand products channel network， which not only has great practical and theoretical significance for the improvement of the quick oil replacement station construction， but also provides references and basis for terminal construction of other related industries， such as auto tire chain stores， auto care and maintenance chain stores and auto paint chain stores， etc.

汽车 已经逐渐与房子一起成为中国家庭的“两大件”。随着我国私家车的不断普及 越来越多的人接触到了为汽车更换润滑油（机油）这一问题 首先要选择的就是去哪换油 4S店规范化的服务让人放心 但高昂的价格、遥远的路途让很多消费者难以接受；随便找个修理厂又太不让人放心 油品对不对路、滤芯合不合格着实得下一番功夫。现实的问题推动了专业快速换油站（或者叫汽车养护中心）的发展。

快速换油最早出现于美国 向以汽车为单元的个体用户 提供快速更换汽车发动机油、各总成润滑脂、润滑液以及汽车机油、燃油、空调、冷却、转向等各系统免拆清洁保养等为主要服务的内容和形式。……
