中西医结合治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血临床研究

［摘 要］目的：观察中西医结合治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血的临床疗效。方法：35例随机分为治疗组18例和对照组17例。两组均给予康力龙、环孢霉素A治疗，治疗组加用健脾滋肾汤方，服3～6个月。结果：两组外周血WB C、Hb、PLT治疗后明显升高，与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．01），治疗后治疗组Hb、PLT明显高于对照组（P＜0．05）。两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05），治疗组明显高于对照组。结论：中西医结合治疗再生障碍性贫血有较好临床疗效，能改善外周血象。

［Abstract］Objective：To observe the clinical effect of combination of TCM and western medicine in the treatment of chronic aplastic anemia. Method： 35 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups， 18 cases in treatment group and 17 cases in the control group. Both groups were treated with stanozolol and cyclosporin and the treatment group were treated with Enforcing Spleen and Nourishing Kidney Decoction additionally. The treatment lasted for 3-6 months. Result： WBC， Hb， PLT of both groups after treatment increased significantly compared with that before treatment（P＜0．01）. After the treatment， Hb， PLT of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group（P＜0．05）. There was significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups（P＜0．05）. The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusion： Combination of TCM and western medicine has good clinical therapeutic effect in the treatment of aplastic anemia， which could improve the blood.

再生障碍性贫血是一种骨髓增生低下﹑无骨髓异常细胞浸润及网硬蛋白增多的全血细胞减少综合征。临床以进行性的贫血﹑出血﹑反复感染﹑全血细胞减少为主要症状。目前临床上是以雄激素和免疫抑制剂治疗为主。我们用健脾滋肾方为主配合康力龙﹑环孢霉素A等西药治疗取得较好疗效，报道如下。

1　一般资料

共38例，均为2012年2月至2014年4月我院血液科住院及门诊患者，随机分为两组。治疗组18例，男7例，女11例；年龄18～50岁，平均40岁；病程最短7个月，最长8年。对照组17例，男8例，女9例；年龄20～48岁，平均38岁；病程最短6个月，最长12年。两组性别﹑年龄﹑病程等比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），具有可比性。

西医诊断标准参照张之南《血液病诊断及疗效标准》（第3版）［1］慢性再障：①临床表现：发病缓慢，贫血﹑出血﹑感染均较轻。……
