摘要：南非的种族隔阂与黑人体育权利的缺失是曼德拉救国体育思想形成的缘起；顽强的个性品质与对体育精神力量的追求是曼德拉救国体育思想发展的动力。曼德拉救国体育思想主要体现在崇尚民主、自由与平等的体育治国观；促进国家崛起的体育兴国观；发展体育公益，扶弱救贫的体育人文观；完善体育立法，保障公民合法权利的体育尚法观；促进民族融合，崇尚国家和平与团结的体育强国观5个方面。曼德拉救国体育思想具有参考价值。

Abstract：Racial barriers in South Africa and lack of black sports rights is the origin of Mandelas sports thought of saving the nation，indomitable personality and pursuit of sports spirit is the power of Mandelas sports though development.Mandelas sports thought is mainly reflected in advocating democracy，freedom and equality of the sports governing concept；promote the rise of the national sports and education values；development of sports charity，to help the disadvantaged and save the poor physical humanism；improve sports legislation，protect the legal rights of citizens of sports，promote national integration，advocating peace and unity of the country of the sports power.Mandelas sports thought of saving the nation has valuable reference.

通过对曼德拉政治斗争和体育实践的考察，可以把曼德拉的救国体育思想大致归纳为5个方面：1）曼德拉借助体育的力量化解了种族矛盾，消除了种族隔阂，崇尚民主、自由与平等；2）曼德拉通过足球世界杯在南非的举办，推动了南非的崛起，提升了南非的国际地位；3）曼德拉发挥体育公益的积极作用，他的义举成为体育公益的典范；4）曼德拉助南非建立起了完备的体育法律体系，保障了南非公民合法的体育权利，为南非各项体育工作的有序开展铺平了道路；5）曼德拉发挥了体育的政治功效，促进了民族融合。曼德拉尚自由、尚民主、尚平等、尚关爱、尚发展、尚法规等理念在其救国思想中都得到了充分体现。曼德拉对体育的独到见地，对我们正确定位体育在社会发展中的战略价值具有重要的参考意义。……
