摘 要 当前高校厌学情绪弥漫，大学生厌学不仅仅是学生的个人行为，更是一种综合的社会现象，有来自于社会、学校、家庭等多方面原因，若大学生的厌学之风任其发展，对高等教育的发展和人才素质的培养是不利的。如何应对大学生厌学现象的蔓延，是当前高校思想政治教育过程中有待解决的问题。

Causes and Countermeasures of College Students' Psychological Weariness

Abstract Current filled the weariness， weariness of college students is not only the behavior of students， is a comprehensive social phenomenon， from society， school， family and other various reasons， if students weariness wind of its development， for the development of higher education and the quality of talent training is adverse. How to deal with students' Weariness spread， is a problem to be solved in the process of the current ideological and political education.

大學学习是大学生成才的主要途径，是在较短时间内接受前人所累积的文化科学知识，并以此来充实自己的过程，是人类学习中的一种特殊形式。①大学生厌学是当今高校的普遍存在的一种现象，通常意义上的大学生厌学是指大学生厌烦学习的心理态度，其表现为消极地对待学习、学习行为水平不高、不积极等。②而今在社会经济高速运行，就业形势的改变以及各类信息的不断冲击下，大学生厌学已经不仅仅是一种单纯的心理活动或行为活动，而是一种综合性的社会现象。

1 大学生厌学心理的成因分析

《中国青年报》于2008年刊登了“厌学情绪弥漫大学校园”的文章，文中显示有52.6%的高校教师认为“大学生的学习积极性不高”。③事实上，学习现象的本身就会伴随有厌学现象，大学生厌学并不是现代社会发展的产物，而大学生厌学情绪的催生是多方面的。

1.1 社会因素

（1）社会不良价值观。大学环境相对单纯，却又处于一个开放的环境当中，在各种文化思潮和价值观的影响下，大学生的价值取向受到了或多或少的影响。……
