摘 要：NBA是国际知名体育赛事品牌，其卓越性体现在：一个完整篮球品牌征服世界神话的创造、组织和个人“品牌”共赢的管理智慧。研究表明：以球迷为中心的娱乐定位；全方位品牌要素的形成；组织、产品、人格、符号多维品牌识别体系的构建；品牌与消费者及利益相关者之间多维互动形态的关系模式；合理品牌延伸及组合，品牌全球化效应的显著提升；确保其资产价值不断提升的完整的品牌保护制度。品牌管理智慧是 NBA 商业化生存之道，是 NBA 体育精神发扬光大的动力源泉。针对我国职业体育赛事品牌发展存在的问题应做到：以消费者感知价值为中心建立品牌定位；平衡利益机制，构建消费者及相关利益者品牌关系；合理延伸品牌，坚持品牌国际化发展战略；重视保护，建立完整的品牌支撑体系。

Abstract：The NBA is the international well-known sports brand，and its excellence is embodied in the management wisdom of organization and individual win-win. Studies point out that its management wisdom include： the entertainment oriented to fans； formation of a full range of brand elements； construction of multidimensional brand symbol recognition system： organizations， products， personality and symbols； form of multidimensional interaction relationship between brands， consumers and stakeholders； brand extension and the extensive enhancement of brand combination and brand globalization； brand protection system that ensure its asset value to increase. Brand management wisdom is the secret for NBA commercial survival， the power source of NBA sports spirit. To solve the problems existing in professional sports brand developing in China， we should build the brand recognition system oriented to the consumer perceived value， balance interest mechanism， construct the brand relationship between consumers and stakeholders， insist on brand extension and brand internationalization， attach great importance to brand protection and establish a complete brand support system.

随着体育全球化发展，职业体育赛事品牌价值及影响力逐渐超越奥运会而成为社会关注的热点。国家体育之间的竞争形式逐渐由产品竞争向品牌竞争转变，品牌正成为国家体育发展的有效竞争手段，相应地有效的品牌管理亦成为体育商业化、全球化发展制胜的关键。然而综观已有研究成果尚未发现从品牌角度给予NBA 全面分析。NBA 诞生至今无疑是世界上全球化、平民化运作最成功的职业体育赛事品牌，品牌盛行的当代造就了 NBA 商业化的成功，NBA 是品牌管理的受益者也是品牌管理的实践者，NBA 品牌管理智慧对于当前我国体育赛事品牌的发展无疑具有重要的参考及借鉴价值。……
