【 摘 要 】 针对高校固定资产管理存在重复投资建设、使用率低等问题，将物联网技术结合计算机技术应用于高校固定资产信息化管理，以SQL Server为数据库平台，研发了一套物联网的高校固定资产数据库信息管理系统，建立了制度化、规范化、科学化的固定资产管理制度，为高校固定资产管理的改革带来了新的机遇与挑战。

【 Abstract 】 Theres no doubt that many problems still exist in the management of fixed assets in colleges and universities， such as repeated investment， redundant construction， low utilization rate and so on. Therefore， The internet of things is applied in the field ofinformationized management for fixed assets in colleges and universities coupled with the computer technology. Besides， SQL Server 2008 is used for a comprehensive data base management platform that provides enterprise-class data management. Finally， it is actually built and developed that informationized management system for fixed assets in colleges and universities based on The internet of things， which has brought the scientific-oriented， standardized and efficient-oriented reform of fixed-assets management of colleges with new opportunities and challenges.

1 引言

随着计算机技术与网络通信技术的快速发展，数据库技术已经成为当今信息社会中对大量数据进行组织与管理的重要技术手段，是网络信息化管理系统的基础。而数据库技术与网络通信技术、人工智能技术、面向对象程序设计技术、并行计算技术等互相渗透和结合，已成为当前数据库技术应用的主要特征。

物联网技术的核心和基础仍然是互联网技术，是在互联网基础上的延伸和扩展的一种网络技术。目前，物联网技术已经广泛应用到智能交通、智能家居、政府工作、环境保护、公共安全、智能消防、工业监测、环境监测、水系监测、个人健康、公共安全等各种领域。

与此同时，近年来各高校投入固定资产的资金额逐年增加，但其管理工作却难以迅速地适应新形势的变化，在管理意识、管理方法和管理手段上都明显滞后于市场经济条件下高校发展的步伐。为了有效解决“小而全”、重复投资所造成的资源配置不合理和浪费等一系列现象，使高校的固定资产管理逐步规范化、科学化、制度化，进一步提高高校固定资产管理方面的工作效率，需加快开发一套行之有效的，具备完善功能的固定资产管理系统。……
