摘 要 对刘磊著《社会网络环境下用户参与的图书馆数字信息资源建设模式研究》一书进行了客观的评析，认为该著作是一部深入探究社会网络环境下用户参与图书馆数字信息资源建设理论与实践的力作，它系统阐释了社会网络环境下用户参与图书馆数字资源规划、生产、评选、组织与整合等环节的模式、问题及对策，其体系完整、推理严谨、观点新颖、论证充分，对推动用户参与图书馆资源建设的理论研究与推广实践具有开拓和引领价值。

Abstract This paper objectively comments the good features and deficiencies of the excellent book about users participation of library digital construction written by Liu Lei. The book is a masterpiece， which further researchs on the theory and practice of users participation of library digital construction under the environment of social network. It systematically explains the mode， problems and countermeasures of users participation of library digital construction under the environment of social network， which includes planning， production， selection， organization and integration， and other phases. This book has a good system， rigorous logical structure， novelty viewpoint and sufficient demonstration and so on. Thus， it has an pioneering and leading value of promoting the theory study and popularized practice of users participation of library digital construction.

当前，大众社交媒体或工具及移动数字终端的飞速发展与普及使用已完全颠覆公众传统学习与交流习惯，引起了学界的高度重视，相应的专题研究与实质应用在逐渐开展。同时，国内外著名学术资源数据库商也在积极借助社会化网络工具打造类似于学术圈或学术社区的虚拟学术空间，以吸引更多的学术研究人员参与信息资源的共建、共享、共用。各种社会化应用工具层出不穷，在学术信息资源交流与利用方面发挥着越来越深远的作用。可以说，当前“用户参与图书馆资源建设”正处于方兴未艾、大有可为的发展黄金期。

但囿于诸多因素，特别是用户心理和行为的波动性、无约束性、盲目性等，以及用户参与持续保障机制等原因，目前关于用户参与图书馆资源建设的研究与应用还较为薄弱，缺乏站在图书馆数字资源建设全局系统性、专题性开展的用户参与图书馆数字资源建设的研究。……
