【摘要】 目的：观察华蟾素胶囊联合放射治疗对骨转移癌骨痛的综合疗效。方法：选取2013年

7月-2014年12月就诊于本院肿瘤科并住院接受治疗的95例骨转移癌患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为联合组49例和放疗组46例。联合组患者给予华蟾素胶囊配合骨转移灶局部放射治疗，放疗组单纯予以骨转移病灶放射治疗，对比分析两组患者治疗后的止痛疗效、生活质量变化及血液学不良反应。结果：经治疗后，联合组患者对疼痛治疗的总有效率91.84%明显高于放疗组的76.09%，生活质量提高率38.78%明显高于放疗组的19.57%，WBC减少发生率18.37%明显低于放疗组的39.13%，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。但两组患者的HGB及PLT减少发生率比较差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：华蟾素胶囊联合放射疗法治疗骨转移癌骨痛可明显提高止痛效果，改善患者的生存质量及血液学副作用的发生率。

【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the comprehensive therapeutic effect of Cinobufacini capsule combined with radiotherapy in the treatment of bone metastases patients with bone pain.Method：Ninety-five bone metastases patients with bone pain admitted to oncology department of our hospital from July 2013 to December 2014 were selected as the research objects，they were divided into the combination group for 49 cases and the radiotherapy group for 46 cases according to the random number table method.All patients were treated with radiation therapy for metastatic bone lesions，and the patients in the combination group received the treatment of Cinobufacini capsule simultaneously.The analgesic effect，the quality of life（QOL） changes and the hematologic adverse reactions between the two groups were compared and analyzed.Result：After treatment，the effective rate of relieving bone pain in the combination group was 91.84%，which was significantly higher than 76.09% in the radiotherapy group，the improvement rate of QOL in the combination group was 38.78%，which was significantly higher than 19.57% in the radiotherapy group，the decrease incidence of white blood cells（WBC） in the combination group was 18.37%，which was significantly lower than 39.13% in the radiotherapy group，the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.There were no statistically significant differences in the decrease incidence of hemoglobin（HGB） and platelet（PLT） between the two groups（P>0.05）.Conclusion：Cinobufacini capsule combined with radiotherapy in the treatment of patients with metastatic bone pain can improve the effective rate of relieving bone pain and the quality of life，it can also reduce the hematologic adverse reactions.

骨骼为晚期恶性肿瘤较为常见的转移部位，骨转移的发生常见于肺癌、乳腺癌、前列腺癌以及肾癌等，骨转移癌常见的临床表现主要是骨疼痛，严重时可发生不良骨相关事件（病理性骨折、高钙血症及骨髓压迫等），极大地影响患者的生存质量，严重时可危及患者的生命[1]。众所周知，骨转移癌的治疗策略主要为积极控制原发病，缓解或消除骨痛，抑制破骨细胞活性避免进一步骨质破坏，提高生活质量，尽量延长生存期[2]。而临床治疗中，放射治疗为主要的治疗方式，部分患者应用双磷酸盐类药物进行干预，但对于中成药治疗骨转移骨痛的研究较少，华蟾素胶囊近年来广泛应用于肿瘤的治疗中，对癌性疼痛有一定的治疗作用，但对于骨转移癌的临床观察文献报道较少。……
