[摘要] 目的 探析氟米龙滴眼液联合更昔洛韦眼凝胶治疗单疱病毒性角膜炎的临床效果。 方法 整群选取2014年2月—2015年1月该院就诊的112例（112只眼）单疱病毒性角膜炎患者为研究资料，按不同的治疗时间将其分为两组，每组56例（56只眼）。对照组采用更昔洛韦眼凝胶治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上增加氟米龙滴眼液治疗，对比分析治疗效果。 结果 观察组的临床治疗有效率为98.22%，优于对照组的83.93%（P<0.05）；观察组的治疗时间及术后复发率均优于对照组（P<0.05）。 结论 氟米龙滴眼液联合更昔洛韦眼凝胶治疗单疱病毒性角膜炎的深层临床效果较为显著，可缩短治疗时间，降低治疗后复发率，值得推广和应用。

[Abstract] Objective To discuss the clinical effect of fluorometholone eye drops combined with ganciclovir ophthalmic gel in treatment of herpes simplex keratitis. Methods 112 cases of patients with herpes simplex keratitis （ 112 eyes） treated in our hospital from February 2014 to January 2015 were selected as the research object and divided into two groups with 56 cases in each （ 56 eyes） according to the different treatment times， the control group were treated with ganciclovir ophthalmic gel， the observation group were treated with additional fluorometholone eye drops on the basis of the control group， the treatment effect of the two groups was compared and analyzed. Results The clinical treatment effective rate in the observation group was better than that in the control group （98.22% vs 83.93%）（P<0.05）， the treatment time and postoperative recurrence rate in the observation group were better than those in the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion Fluorometholone eye drops combined with ganciclovir ophthalmic gel in treatment of herpes simplex keratitis has an obvious deep clinical effect ， and it can shorten treatment time and reduce the recurrence rate after treatment， which is worthy of promotion and application.

单疱病毒性角膜炎是现阶段临床上最为严重的眼病，具有病情重、发病率高、复发率高的特点，对患者的视力功能造成严重影响，已成为眼科专家和学者广泛关注的问题[1]。研究[2]发现，氟米龙滴眼液与更昔洛韦眼凝胶对于治疗单胞病毒性角膜炎具有较好的效果，两者联合效果更好。该文选取该院2014年2月—2015年1月诊治的112例单疱病毒性角膜炎患者为研究资料，进一步探究氟米龙滴眼液联合更昔洛韦眼凝胶治疗单疱病毒性角膜炎的临床效果，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

整群选取2014年2月—2015年1月该院收治的112例（112只眼）单疱病毒性角膜炎患者为研究资料，按不同的就诊时间将其分为两组，每组56例（56只眼）。对照组中，男性患者29例，女性患者27例，患者的年龄区间为16～74岁，平均年龄为（37.98±2.34）岁；左眼25只，右眼31只；首次发作32例，复发24例；浅层型40例，深层型16例。观察组中，男性患者27例，女性患者29例，患者的年龄区间为17～75岁，平均年龄为（38.14±2.54）岁；……
