[摘要] 目的 探讨固定和活动义齿配合修复在牙列缺损中的临床价值。 方法 随机选取2013年7月—2015年6月期间来该院治疗的60例牙列缺损患者实施研究，把60例患者按照双盲法随机分为传统组和治疗组，每组30例患者。给予传统组传统固定义齿修复，治疗组固定和活动义齿配合修复，比较两组临床治疗效果。 结果 使用固定义齿修复的传统组治疗有效率为80%，使用固定与活动义齿联合修复的治疗组治疗有效率为93.4%。差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 对牙列缺损患者使用固定与活动义齿配合修复效果确切，并且义齿修复后稳定、舒适，患者对其依从性较好，可推广运用。

[Abstract] Objective To discuss the clinical value of combined repair of fixed denture and removable denture in the defect of dentition. Methods 60 cases of patients with defect of dentition treated in our hospital from July 2013 to June 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the traditional group and the treatment group with 30 cases in each， the traditional group were treated with traditional fixed denture repair and the treatment group were treated with the combined repair of fixed denture and removable denture， the clinical treatment effect of the two groups was compared. Results The difference in the treatment effective rate between the traditional group and the treatment group was statistically significant （80% vs 93.4%）， P<0.05. Conclusion The curative effect of the combined repair of fixed denture and removable denture in treatment of the patients with defect of dentition is definite， and it is steady and comfortable after the repair and the patients had a good compliance， which can be promoted and applied.

牙列缺损是口腔科临床治疗中常见疾病。主要致病原因包括外伤、龋齿、牙周病等，不仅会对患者的口腔外观造成影响，还会对患者的咀嚼功能造成严重反应，从而使患者生活质量显著降低。患者如果长期缺牙并且没有得到及时修复，会导致前牙因过度磨耗使牙冠变短甚至消失，病情严重的患者直接紧咬到颌牙槽嵴中，从而对临床修复带来严重困难[1]。为研究固定和活动义齿配合修复在牙列缺损中的临床价值，随机选取2013年7月—2015年6月期间来该院治疗的60例牙列缺损患者实施研究，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

该院随机选取2013年7月—2015年6月期间来治疗的60例牙列缺损患者实施研究，把60例患者按照双盲法随机分为传统组和治疗组，每组30例。治疗组男性18例，女性17例，年龄在18～52岁之间，平均年龄（31.06±6.55）岁。30例患者中共有患牙39颗，包括上颌18颗、下颌21颗，牙列缺损病程在0.2～5年之间，平均病程为（0.74±0.28）年。……
