【摘要】在当前建筑工程施工中经常会运用动态管理的方式来控制工程造价，这样有助于工程施工成本的管理，提高建筑企业的经济效益。本文对工程造价动态控制作了简单的介绍，然后结合施工过程中影响工程造价的一些问题对如何做好工程造价动态管理进行研究，并在实际工程中得到验证。通过本文的论述为今后同类工程施工提供参考。

【Abstract】In the current construction of the construction will often use dynamic management approach to control the project cost， this will help the construction cost management， improve the economic efficiency of construction enterprises. In this paper， the dynamic control of construction cost is simply introduced， and then the dynamic management of project cost is studied in combination with some problems that affect the project cost in the construction process， and it is verified in practical engineering. Through the discussion of this article， it can provide reference for the similar engineering construction in the future.

1. 工程造价动态控制概述

在现阶段，我国的社会经济得到了快速发展。在建筑工程行业中，对丁施工阶段工程造价的动态控制具有一定的复杂性，并且会受到各种社会环境因素的严重影响，已经逐渐成为了建筑工程领域中的重点工作。因此需要在施工阶段各个环节上对工程造价进行动态管理，认真地从合同、技术、经济、分包单位、材料等方面采取控制措施，最终提升整个工程的经济效益。

2. 施工阶段工程造价控制中存在的主要问题

在实际施工中，除了对工程竣工结算进行造价控制外，还应在施工阶段各个具体环节上对工程造价进行动态控制，从对各项数据进行收集测算，到对施工项目进行动态监测，来实现对工程造价的动态监控。然而施工环节中会有各种因素影响工程造价控制的合理性和科学性，常见的问题有以下几种：

2.1在合同管理方面存在着不完善的现象。

在建筑项目的建造过程中，施工企业的合同管理人员对合同业务不熟悉，没有和各部门保持良好的协调性，因此造成了不必要的经济损失。……
