【摘要】本文针对高层建筑结构体系设计，首先概述了高层建筑结构设计的特点以及设计原则，进而详细介绍了高层建筑结构体系选型设计，可以为相关人员熟悉了解高层建筑结构设计提供合理的参考。

1. 引言

随着我国城市化进程的不断加快以及城市建设用地的日趋紧张，高层建筑在城市建设过程中日益增多，已经成为大中型城市的主流建筑形式。高层建筑结构功能的多样化与复杂性对高层建筑结构设计也提出了更高的要求，提高高层建筑结构设计方案质量，确保高层建筑设计方案的经济合理与安全可靠，已经成为高层建筑设计的核心理念，这也是高层建筑结构设计过程中所必须恪守的基本原则。

2. 高层建筑结构设计特点

（1）水平荷载是高层建筑结构设计的重要影响因素。多层建筑以及低层建筑大多以竖向荷载作为结构设计控制指标，然而对于高层建筑，由于楼层较多而且层高超过24m，因此虽然竖向荷载对于高层建筑结构设计有着重要的影响，但是直接影响高层建筑结构设计的荷载是水平荷载。高层建筑由于水平荷载作用对于自身结构所产生的倾覆力矩以及在竖向构件中产生的轴力，与高层建筑的楼高呈平方关系，而且风荷载以及地震荷载等水平荷载等对于建筑的影响与高层建筑的结构动力性也有着直接的关系。
