[摘 要]公安机关法医学尸体解剖在公安机关业务尤其是刑事案件中发挥着非常重要的作用。目前，我国的基层法医学尸体解剖环境相对较差，在制定各种规范和加强法医个人防护措施的情况下，加快尸体解剖室标准化建设显得尤为重要。本文对基层法医日常解剖室的现状进行分析并提出相应对策，为基层法医解剖室的建设和发展提供参考。

[Abstract]the forensic autopsy of public security organs plays a very important role in public security organs， especially in criminal cases. At present， our country's primary forensic autopsy environment is relatively poor， in the development of various norms and strengthen the legal protection of personal protective measures， to speed up the construction of the autopsy room is particularly important. This paper analyzes the current situation of the basic level forensic autopsy room， and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures， to provide reference for the construction and development of the forensic autopsy room.

1.前言

尸体解剖在公安机关法医日常检案中起着非常重要的作用，它不仅能准确判定死因、确定死亡性质、还能推断死亡时间、进行个体识别、分析推断致伤物及其作用方式，为侦察破案、审理案件提供证据。尸体解剖的准确与否对揭露和打击犯罪有着极为重要的意义。

2 公安机关基层解剖室建设现状

2.1 设备陈旧落后，难以应付日常工作。

据调研以新疆为例，除了首府城市和各地州公安局外，绝大多数基层法医都在极其简陋的工作环境中进行命案尸体及其他非正常死亡尸体的解剖和检验。一些南疆地区的地级市，仅市局建有尸体解剖室，县区一级没有专门的解剖场所。在很多案件中，基层法医们在荒郊野外、现场周围等露天或殡仪馆、医院停尸间等临时场所进行尸体解剖，往往缺乏良好的照明、通风、上下水、视频和消毒等条件。即使是市局公安局大多数的尸体解剖室也设施简单，很多地方处于“只盖一间房，只搭一张床”的水平。……
