FLNG贸易交接计量系统选型研究

摘要：深远海气田新型开发装置FLNG的主要商业产品包括液化天然气(LNG)和液化石油气(LPG)、天然气凝析油，FLNG作为装载港与LNG运输船、LPG运输船及穿梭油轮进行贸易交接，在FLNG上需分别设置各天然气产品的贸易交接计量系统。 国际上，LNG贸易交接计量以LNG运输船贸易交接计量系统为主计量系统，在FLNG上设置LNG计量系统做比对。研究表明： 现阶段LNG贸易交接计量以雷达液位计舱容体积静态计量方式为主，动态计量流量计还处于研究试用阶段，目前有科式质量流量计和超声波流量计作为对比表在工业上有初步应用。 LPG及凝析油的贸易交接计量可以采用雷达液位计静态计量，也可以采用流量计进行动态计量，流量计包括质量流量计和液体超声波流量计,相比于静态计量流量计的计量准确度更高。

Research on Selection of Custody Transfer Measurement System of FLNG

Abstracts: The main custody products of FLNG which is newly developed engineering facility for deep and pelagic offshore gas fields include LNG,LPG and natural gas condensate. Custody transfer measurement system(CTMS) for all kinds of natural gas shall be set on FLNG respectively since trade hand over and take over are conducted with FLNG as loading port between LNG carriers, LPG carriers and shuttle tankers. LNG carrier’s custody transfer metering system is used as main measurement system with setting LNG metering system on FLNG for comparison. The research shows that the static radar gauging CTMS is used as main way for LNG by far and dynamic metering flowmeter is still in the phase of research and trial. Only Coriolis mass flowmeter and ultrasonic flowmeter are used as check meter in industry as primary application. Both static measurement with radar liquid gauge and dynamic measurement with flow meters can be used as CTMS for LPG and condensate. Flow meters include mass and liquid ultrasonic one. Comparing with static metering flowmeter, dynamic flowmeter owns higher measurement accuracy.

大型浮式液化天然气船FLNG(floating liquefied natural gas)集海上天然气液化、储存和装卸为一体，简化了大型气田的开发过程，相比于传统的开发模式投资回报率更高，是备受瞩目的开发深远海气田的工程方案[1]。全球已有三个海上天然气FLNG项目在建，还有多个海上天然气田计划采用FLNG进行开采。FLNG作为海上天然气田的生产储运中心，分别与液化天然气(LNG)运输船、穿梭油轮进行LNG，液化石油气(LPG)以及凝析油等液态天然气产品的贸易交接。……
