在线色谱分析仪色谱柱柱温影响因素研究

摘要：在线色谱分析仪是炼油工业生产过程中的主要生产装置，是保障装置长期稳定运行和优化操作的重要手段。分析仪中色谱柱柱温的控制，对仪表的分析精度有着非常重要的影响。介绍了色谱柱柱温控制的一些基本概念和基本原理，详细分析了影响色谱柱柱系统温度控制的主要问题，针对发现的问题提出了相应的硬件和软件解决方案，并通过试验对方案进行了验证。

Research on Influencing Factors of Chromatographic Column Temperature for

Online Chromatographic Analyzer

Abstracts: Online chromatographic analyzer is the key manufacturing device in production process for petroleum refining industry, and is the important means for ensuring long-term stable operation and optimized operation. The control of chromatographic column temperature plays a very vital role for accuracy of test results. Some basic concepts and principles of chromatographic column temperature control are introduced. Main problems influencing temperature control of chromatographic column system are analyzed in detail. Relative solutions for hardware and software are proposed with respect to problems discovered and are verified with test.

在线色谱分析仪是一种直接安装在工艺流程中，对物料的组分或物性参数进行自动连续分析的过程分析仪器，对优化工艺操作、稳定产品质量以及安全生产等起到十分重要的作用[1-4]。在线色谱分析仪适宜于分析石油产品的馏程，特别是汽油、煤油、柴油等的馏程[5]。它能为石油加工生产过程控制提供油品质量数据，并能及时提供油品的全馏程分析数据。稳定精确的温度控制能很大程度上改善仪表的性能，尤其是对色谱柱柱温的精确控制可以提高仪表的分析精度。为了更好地控制在线色谱仪色谱柱的温度，就必须提高柱系统的控温精度，笔者分析了影响色谱柱柱温的一些因素，提出了改善色谱柱柱温控温精度的解决方案。
