煤矿企业员工安全诚信动机的测评研究

摘 要为客观准确测量煤矿企业员工的安全诚信,从心理学的诚信形成过程入手,将安全诚信分为需要、动机、行为、反馈四个维度,针对四个维度中的安全诚信动机部分,应用隐性测评方法设计了测量量表,对量表进行信度、效度和验证性因素分析。该量表可以帮助煤矿企业发现员工在安全诚信动机方面可能存在的隐患,使企业能够有针对性地采取措施帮助员工改善安全诚信状况,从而预防人因事故的发生。

Study on the evaluation of safety credibility motivation of employee of coal mine

Abstract In order to objectively and truly survey the safety credibility of employee of coal mine,starting with the formation process of psychological credibility,safety credibility was divided into four dimensions that were requirement,motivation,behavior and feedback.Aiming at the safety credibility of four dimensions,the survey tables were designed using the implicit evaluation method,and then it was analyzed from the reliability,validity,and verification.The survey table can help the coal mine enterprise find the probable existing hidden of employee in safety credibility motivation and take targeted measures to help employee improve the conditions of safety credibility,further more prevent the human accident happening.

据统计,人因事故在煤矿企业事故类型中占最大的比例,员工缺乏安全诚信的种种行为,如违规操作,习惯性违章,隐瞒事故等行为都是事故发生的导火索.如果能够对员工安全诚信进行测评,可以让煤矿企业尽早发现员工在安全诚信方面的优点与不足,采取对应措施来鼓励支持或治理改善,从而提升煤矿企业的安全诚信水平,提高员工安全意识,减少事故发生概率.

目前我国对于煤矿企业安全诚信的建设越来越重视,国家煤矿安监局发布的《关于推进煤矿企业安全生产诚信建设的指导意见》中要求煤矿要加强安全诚信建设,国务院安全生产委员会发布了《关于加强企业安全生……
