一起客运索道故障原因分析及故障排除

摘 要：对安徽某客运索道进行定期检验，发现索道驱动装置有异常响声和颤动，且索道不能正常运行。通过故障现象分析，发现辅机上轴承损坏，引起小齿轮撞击大齿圈并发出异常声响。经过故障原因分析，得出辅机轴承损坏和高速端测速电机故障是导致此次索道故障产生的主要原因。通过更换辅机上下轴承和更换高速端测速电机等相应整改措施，最终排除故障，确保了客运索道的安全运行。

Failure Analysis and Troubleshooting of a Passenger Ropeway Accident

Abstract During a regular inspection of a passenger ropeway in Anhui, the abnormal sound and vibration of the driving device was found. Through the failure analysis of the phenomenon, bearing damage on the auxiliary engine is found causing small gear hit the big gear ring and abnormal sound. After the cause analysis of the malfunction, it is found that auxiliary bearing damage and high speed motor fault is the main reason of this accident. By replacing the bearing in auxiliary engine and the high speed motor and corresponding corrective measures,and troubleshooting, the safe operation of the ropeway is ensured.

2015年5月，笔者对安徽一家索道公司的客运索道进行定期检验，检验现场索道不能正常运行。根据索道公司技术人员对设备故障现象的描述和检验组现场勘查情况，对设备故障原因进行分析并提出相应措施排除故障。

1 故障现象及故障排除过程

检验时通知开机试车，车厢（11#、12#车厢）出站后不久，驱动装置发出“轰轰”响声并颤动，司机停车后再试车，故障如前，于是停止运营，开始检查故障原因。从故障表面现象看，发出声响是从辅机小齿轮与大齿圈撞击而产生的（位置见图1），判断是辅机轴承损坏，起吊辅机电机，拆除辅机轴承上端盖，拆除小齿轮端盖，顶起辅机传动轴，使小齿轮脱开大齿圈，发现辅机上轴承法兰已破损，固定好相关工件，试车驱动装置依旧颤动发出声响，再判定……
