基于理想点法的海战场目标威胁评估研究*

摘要针对现代海战中各种来袭目标对水面舰艇的威胁日益增大,而对各来袭目标进行威胁评估是舰艇指挥员进行复杂战场态势判断,组织火力分配、射击指挥决策的基础。采用理想点法探索目标威胁评估问题,在阐述理想点法原理的基础之上,建立理想点法的基本模型,给出了其详细求解方法和步骤,最终能够得到来袭目标的威胁程度。并通过实例证明该方法科学可行,可以为舰艇指挥员做出科学、准确的决策提供有力的支持。

Sea Battlefield Target Threaten Evaluation Based on Perfect Point Method

AbstractIn modern sea warfare, with the application of many high technology approach, the target threaten of attacking warship is increasing. The target threaten evaluation is basic for warship commander to judge battlefield situation, assign firepower and make shooting command decision. The efficiency degree of defense action is decided by the rationality and veracity of estimation conclusion. The perfect point method is applied to study target evaluation problem in this article. The settle method and process is presented detailedly. And The method is illustrated that is scientific and feasible by examples.

目标威胁评估主要指决策者利用作战辅助决策支持系统根据各种战场监视系统获取的战场目标态势信息,依据一定的规则,判断攻击一方目标对水面舰艇的威胁及威胁程度大小或等级的过程。在目标威胁评估过程中,不仅涉及到决策者的大量经验知识,而且影响目标威胁程度的属性很多,包括目标类型、飞行高度、飞行速度、飞行航路、攻击样式和企图及攻防双方的态势等。威胁评估的目的主要是根据当前的态势与获得的来袭目标信息提取相关要素,推断来袭目标对水面舰艇构成的威胁状况。采用理想点法分析目标威胁评估问题,既简单实用,又不失客观性,适合于评估者对评估指标体系没有明显偏好的评估体系[1~3]。……
