[摘要] 目的 分析耳穴埋豆联合音乐干预对缓解手术患者焦虑情绪的影响。 方法 选取2014年3月～2015年3月在我院接受择期手术治疗的150例患者，将其随机分为对照组和观察组，每组75例。对照组进行常规术前指导，观察组在常规术前指导基础上进行耳穴埋豆和音乐干预。运用汉密顿焦虑量表（HAMA）对两组患者的焦虑水平进行评价，同时检测两组患者的心率和血压。 结果 干预后，观察组的HAMA各项因子评分及总分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组的心率和血压水平较平稳，而对照组波动较大，干预后观察组的心率和血压低于对照组（P<0.05）。 结论 耳穴埋豆联合音乐干预的治疗方法对缓解手术患者术前焦虑情绪有良好的效果，具有一定的临床实用价值，值得推广应用。

Influence of ear acupuncture point buries bean combined with music intervention on relieving anxiety of patients with surgery

[Abstract] Objective To analyse the influence of ear acupuncture point buries bean combined with music intervention on relieving anxiety of patients with surgery. Methods 150 cases of patients undergoing elective surgery treated in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group，with 75 cases in each group.The control group was given normal preoperative guidance.On the basis of normal preoperative guidance，the observation group was given ear acupuncture point buries beans and music intervention.The anxiety level in two groups was evaluated by the Hamilton anxiety scale（HAMA），and the heart rate and blood pressure in two groups was detected. Results After intervention，each factor′s score and total score of the HAMA in observation group was lower than that of control group，the difference was significant（P<0.05）.The level of heart rate and blood pressure in observation group was relatively stable，while the control group was more volatile.The heart rate and blood pressure in observation group was lower than that of control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of ear acupuncture point buries bean combined with music for alleviating preoperative anxiety has a good effect in patients with surgery，and has certain clinical practical value.It is worth popularization and application.

术前焦虑在手术治疗中是一种十分常见的现象。手术会对患者造成极强的身心刺激，进而导致患者在术前产生焦虑，绝大多数患者正式接受手术前都会出现不同程度的心理反应，如烦躁、抑郁等[1]。当患者受到这种刺激后，在交感神经系统的作用下，机体肾上腺素和去甲肾上腺素的分泌也会相应增加，进而导致血压升高、心跳加速，给手术的顺利开展和进行造成一定的不利影响[2]，因此需要在手术前对患者进行相应的指导和护理，及时有效地缓解患者术前的焦虑情绪，以确保患者生命体征保持稳定。当前，临床上主要采用心理干预来缓解患者的术前焦虑情绪，但在多种因素影响下，心理干预的效果并未充分发挥出来，术前焦虑现象仍十分普遍[3]。本研究采用耳穴埋豆联合音乐干预的方法对我院接受择期手术治疗的患者进行术前护理，以缓解患者的焦虑情绪。……
