[摘要] 随着改革开放全面深入的推进，社会经济得到快速发展的同时，社会保险的重要性越来越明显，社会保险管理工作已成为社会关注的热点问题。本文对职业病防治院社会保险管理工作存在的突出问题进行分析，并提出对策和建议，以期为职业病防治院社会保险管理工作的完善提供参考。

[Abstract] With the deepening of the reform and opening up，the social and economic development，the importance of social insurance is more and more obvious，the social security management has become a hot issue of social concern.This paper analyzes the outstanding problems of the occupational disease prevention and control，and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions，in order to provide a reference for the improvement of the social security management of the occupational disease prevention and control.

随着我国社会主义市场经济体制不断完善的同时，我国社会保险工作也面临着更高的要求。社会保险工作是维护职工合法权益和切身利益的重要工作，对于单位的管理层而言，应充分认清我国当前社会保险工作存在的突出问题，采取积极的措施，加强社会保险管理，维护职工的合法权益。社会保险是职业病防治院员工福利保障中一项重要的基础性工作，其紧密联系着每一位医务人员，是维护职工利益，促进职业病防治院和谐、稳定、可持续发展的重要手段。社会保险制度的不断改革，要求职业病防治院社会保险管理工作也要向科学化、现代化、规范化的趋势发展[1-2]。在新时期发展背景下，职业病防治院的社会保险管理工作要及时适应社会保险政策的调整，以维护职工的切身利益为出发点，提高经办能力并努力提升社会保险服务水平。

1 职业病防治院社会保险管理工作的现状

社会保险制度是通过国家立法，多渠道筹集资金，对劳动者出现失业、患病、工伤以及生育等情况时导致劳动收入减少而给予的一种经济补偿形式，从而使劳动者能够享有基本的生活保障。……
