植入式输液港相关血流感染及护理防治对策

目的 分析植入式输液港相关血流感染的原因及护理防治对策。方法 对汕头大学医学院附属肿瘤医院确诊的乳腺癌患者1例植入式输液港并发血流感染进行分析及探索相关护理防治对策。结果 患者诊治及时并取得良好的预后。结论 植入式输液港虽有出现感染等并发症，但只要执行严格的护理程序，它是一种安全有效的置管术，值得临床推广应用。

【Abstract】Objective To analysis of the causes of Implantable venous access port-related infection and the nursing countermeasures. Method Analysis of 1 cases diagnosed with breast cancer in the Affiliated Cancer Hospital of Shantou University Medical College and to explore the related nursing countermeasures. Result This patient to be correct diagnosis and management timely and achieved good prognosis. Conclusion Although there are complications such as infection， but as long as the implementation of strict nursing procedures， it is a safe and effective surgical procedure， it is worthy of clinical application.

植入式静脉输液港（CVAPD）是一种一种新型的建立静脉输液通道的器材，为患者的静脉营养支持、输血、药物输注和肿瘤化疗等依赖于静脉通道的治疗方式，提供了极大的便利［1］。我科于2013年5月～2015年5月对乳腺癌患者35例放置植入式输液港，除一例发生植入式输液港相关血流感染外其余34例效果满意。现将发生植入式输液港相关血流感染1例报告如下。

1 对象与方法

35例女性乳腺癌患者放置CVAPD，患者平均年龄（48±13）岁，CVAPD平均放置时间（164±59）d。发生输液港相关血流感染1例，年龄35岁，放置时间142 d。所有患者的血流感染，均依据中华医学会重症医学分会制定的2007年版《血管内导管相关感染的预防与治疗指南（2007）》予以明确诊断［2］。

2 结 果

35例植入式输液港患者中发生输液港相关血流感染1例，发生率2.85%，该病人为女性，35岁，因左乳腺……
