平推毽球与毽球的比较分析

摘要：毽球运动是在我国民间普遍开展的一项体育娱乐健身项目。鉴于近几年平推毽球比赛的逐渐兴起，本文运用文献资料法、分析比较法、访谈法和逻辑分析法，对平推毽球和毽球在竞赛规则、技术、战术、观赏性和健身性等方面的异同进行比较研究，进而提高人们对平推毽球比赛的认知，以期为我国以后的毽球赛事组织提供一定的借鉴和启示。

Abstract:Shuttlecock is an entertainment fitness sports program generally carried out in folk of our country. With the rise of horizontal pushing shuttlecock game in recent years, this paper will focus on studying the similarities and differences between horizontal pushing shuttlecock and shuttlecock in the aspects of the contest rules, skills, tactics, ornamental values and fitness etc. by virtue of document method, analysis, comparison method, interview method and logical analysis, to improve people's perception of horizontal pushing shuttlecock game and so as to provide certain inspiring and learning for the future shuttlecock game of our country.

随着1984年国家体委颁布了《关于把毽球列为全国正式比赛项目的决定》，毽球运动便以崭新的姿态跨入到竞技体育的赛事中，目前大多数全国赛事都增加了该项目。毽球运动发展至今，其规则、基本技战术都在日渐完善与创新，比赛项目也在增加。近几年，民间逐渐兴起了一项新的毽球比赛形式——平推毽球。从目前收集的大量文献资料来看，平推毽球方面研究还较少。本文拟对平推毽球与毽球在竞赛规则、技战术、观赏和健身性等进行对比研究，从而使毽球比赛组织者、教练员、运动员以及毽球运动爱好者能详细地掌握平推毽球比赛规则与技战术技巧，更好地推动平推毽球运动的进一步发展，使这一项深受人们喜爱的运动健康良好地开展，成为人们有效的体育运动方式。
