高职院校数学课改融入职业素养提升的研究综述*

摘要：从职业素养概念、中外高职院校对数学课的认识与开设情况、高职校对学生职业素养的训练情况几方面分析中外人士对数学课程中融入职业素养训练的情况。希望通过文章的分析，能够对相关工作提供参考。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the situation of the integration of the professional quality training into the mathe-matics curriculum in China and foreign countries from the aspects of professional quality concept, situation of mathe-matics courses and opinions on mathematics courses in higher vocational colleges and universities at home and abroad, and the training of students professional quality in higher vocational colleges and universities.Hope that through the analys is it can provide the reference for therelated work.

一、关于职业素养

（一）职业素养的概念与内涵

高职生使用的苏教版教材《职业生涯规划与就业创业》对素养解释是：为一定的目的，在关涉自身生存和发展的各个认识实践领域所进行的勤学习和涵养锻炼的功夫，以及在其知识才能和思想品德方面所达到的水平。[1]职业素养是指在从业过程中表现出来的综合品质。职业素养是个大概念，邓卫兵认为第一位是专业，除专业外的核心是敬业和道德，职场上的体现到即职业素养；生活中体现即个人素质或道德修养。英文career quotient简称CQ，就是职业素养的量化。……
