船舶涂装设计和现场管理的现状分析和改进研究

摘要介绍现代化造船模式中，从壳舾涂一体化角度分析国内涂装现状的主要不足及矛盾，并提出船舶涂装设计和管理的改进点。并且介绍了不同中间产品的出图方式和内容要求，船厂现场管理相配套的中间产品管理流程和格式，讨论了中间产品的涂装设计、施工和管理一体化具体操作格式，从而促使涂装能按中间产品完整性进行施工，减少浪费返工现象，提高施工质量和效率，降低造船成本。

The Present Situation Analysis and Improvement Research of Ship Painting Design and Site Management

AbstractThis paper describes the present main deficiencies and contradictions of domestic painting, and puts forward the improvement of the design and management of ship coating, from the perspective of hull construction, outfitting and painting integration of the modern shipbuilding mode. This paper introduces the different drawing and content requirements of different intermediate product, introduces one process and format management system of the intermediate product, and discusses the integrate ways of the coating design, construction and management, to prompt structural integrity of coating construction, reduce the waste of rework, improve construction quality and efficiency, and finally reduces the shipbuilding cost.

海上船舶处于严酷复杂的海洋环境中，对船舶涂装防护提出严格要求。船东及租家期望得到防护较好的船舶，从而延长船舶的使用寿命，得到较长远的经济效益。随着造船业的发展，国际海事组织和各相关船级社也在涂装方面对其更新规范和提高要求。国际海事组织(IMO)制订了《所有类型船舶专用海水压载舱和散货船双舷侧处所保护涂层性能标准》( PSPC )，纳入SOLAS第Ⅱ-1/3-2条的修正案(2006年11月海安会MSC第82次会议通过)成为强制要求，于2008年7月1日生效。船舶涂装的目标期使用寿命提高到15年。

从另一种角度看，船舶壳舾涂一体化的现代化造船模式也提出加强对涂装专业的设计和施工管理，即在既定划分的区域上，通过船体、各类舾装等设计出图，工艺流程制定，指导船厂按区域进行壳舾涂完整性施工，继而得到区域性的中间产品，从而实现工序前移，减少返工费用，提高船舶建造效率和降低最终成本等目的。……
