统战理念的内涵、特征及基本价值

[摘要]统战理念包含的内容有：“和合”思想是统战理念的重要基础；历史继承性是统战理念存在的重要条件；政治性是统战理念的本质所在。统战理念的特征包括广泛的适应性，体系的包容性，机制的灵活性和影响的社会性。在当前，促进社会和谐、推动社会主义民主和激发社会活力是统战理念的基本价值。统战理念的丰富需要促进全社会的民主氛围，发展协商民主；需要彰显时代精神，掌握和运用先进文化；需要完善统战理念的制度保障。

Abstract：The united front idea included that “Harmony” thought is an important basis, historical inheritance is an important condition and political philosophy is the essence of united front idea. The features of united front idea include a wide range of social adaptability, inclusive system, flexibility mechanisms and social impact. At present, to promote social harmony and socialist democracy and inspire social vitality is the basic value of the united front idea. To enrich the united front idea needs to improve the democratic atmosphere of the whole society; to develop deliberative democracy need to highlight the spirit of the times; to grasp and apply advanced culture needs to improve the system guarantee of the united front idea.

“社会治理理念决定了社会治理的方式和成效，实现社会治理理念的更新最重要的是实现社会治理由‘管理’到‘服务’的转变”①。大力加强统战理念研究和实践，有利于巩固和加强团结和谐的统一战线局面，有利于为科学发展提供强大的凝聚力和战斗力，有利于推动统一战线的科学发展。如何运用统战理念，更大限度地发挥每一个统一战线成员在各个领域的积极作用，共同营造良好的社会道德和人文环境，弘扬光大具有中国特色的社会主义先进文化，为祖国的统一、民族的团结、中华民族的伟大复兴服务，无疑是全体统战工作者在新时期乃至今后很长的一个时期，必须认真研究和勇于实践的重大课题。
