摘  要： 根据对高校就业工作的特点的研究，提出基于web的高校就业质量监测系统，对高校毕业生的就业质量进行网络实时监测，有益于对高校毕业生就业信息的实时跟踪与反馈。利用Web技术打造一个平台，通过这个平台实现学生就业率和就业质量的采集、统计、分析，使教育管理者、用人单位和学校可以随时了解学生的就业情况。

Abstract： According to the research of the characteristics of the college graduate employment， this study proposes a Web-based quality monitoring system for the employment of college graduate， which is useful for the real time tracking and feedback of the employment information of college graduate. Using Web technology to create a platform， through this platform the collection， statistics and analysis of students' employment rate and employment quality are achieved， so that the education administrators， employers and schools can know the students' employment situation at any time.

0 引言

自教育部1999年开始公布部属院校毕业生一次就业率和社会对专业人才的需求情况起，高校普遍关注毕业生的就业率，对就业问题的研究主要集中在就业率上，而对就业质量关注不够。“就业率”只反映就业的“量”，无法反映就业的“质”。一些高校在看重“就业率”的同时看轻了学生的知识储备和实践能力的培养。只重视考证的教育理念必然使所学知识不扎实，学生的就业质量不会很高。单纯的就业率不能反映大学生的真实就业情况和就业质量，因此，我们通过建立就业质量网络监测系统，构建了一套科学合理的大学生就业质量评价体系。

1 系统总体设计

1.1 系统结构

沈阳工程学院就业质量网络监测系统主要包括基本信息管理（学生信息、系部信息、班级信息、专业信息）、权限管理、企业账号管理、就业质量统计、就业质量排名和就业质量评价等功能。其系统业务流程图[1-2]如图1所示。

从图1可以看出，学生家长、教师、领导、企业和管理员都能通过学生信息来获取学生的就业情况。……
