脑脊液置换联合鞘内注射治疗结核性脑膜炎效果分析

【摘要】目的 分析采用脑脊液置换联合鞘内注射治疗结核性脑膜炎的临床效果。方法 选取我院2014年9月～2015年9月收治的结核性脑膜炎患者62例，分为两组，对照组采用常规治疗，研究组采用脑脊液置换联合鞘内注射治疗，分析两组治疗疗效。结果 研究组治疗后临床症状缓解时间、脑脊液转阴时间、平均住院天数及总有效率等均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 脑脊液置换联合鞘内注射治疗结核性脑膜炎的临床效果显著。

Effect of Cerebrospinal Fluid Replacement Combined With Intrathecal Injection in the Treatment of Tuberculous Meningitis

[Abstract]Objective To analysis the cerebrospinal fluid replacement joint intrathecal injection for treatment of tuberculous meningitis.Methods 62 patients with tuberculous meningitis were divided into two groups in our hospital from September 2014 to September 2015, control group using conventional treatment, the team USES the cerebrospinal fluid replacement with intrathecal injection therapy, treatment efficacy analysis of two groups.Results The group after treatment of clinical symptoms, cerebrospinal fluid turn time, average hospitalization days and total effective rate were better than control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion The cerebrospinal fluid replacement joint intrathecal injection in the treatment of tuberculous meningitis clinical effect is remarkable.

结核性脑膜炎主要是指因结核杆菌入侵蛛网膜下腔而引发的脑膜非化脓性、炎症性的病变，该病常累及蛛网膜、软脑膜，甚至是脑实质，具有病情较为危重、致残率高、致死率高等特点[1-2]。本文主要就脑脊液置换联合鞘内注射治疗结核性脑膜炎的临床效果进行分析，总结如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 临床资料

选取我院2014年9月～2015年9月收治的结核性脑膜炎患者62例，根据治疗方法分为对照组、研究组，每组均31例。对照组男17例，女14例；年龄17～71岁，平均（41±2.51）岁；对照组采用常规治疗。研究组男18例，女13例；患者16～72岁，平均（42±3.63）岁；研究组应用脑脊液置换联合鞘内注射治疗。两组性别、年龄等方面的比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），可对比。

1.2 治疗方法

对照组：对照组采用常规治疗，包括：脱水、降颅压、保肝、抗结核等药物治疗；与此同时，0.6 g/d异烟肼、0.6 g/d利福平静滴，1.5 g/d吡嗪酰胺口服；连续治疗3个月后改为20 mg/d地塞米松口服，0.3 g/d异烟肼+0.45 g/d利福平口服；……
