糖尿病并发低血糖患者整体护理干预效果分析

目的 探讨整体护理干预对糖尿病并发低血糖患者的护理效果。方法 选取2015年1月—2016年1月在内分泌科住院治疗的88例糖尿病并发低血糖患者进行探讨，根据护理方式的不同将其分为常规组和整体组，常规组患者予以内分泌科常规护理，整体组患者在常规护理基础上予以整体护理干预，并比较两组患者低血糖再次发生情况。结果 整体组患者再次发生低血糖率为4.17%，常规组患者低血糖再次发生率为37.50%，整体组患者的情况明显优于常规组（P＜0.05）。结论 糖尿病并发低血糖患者实施用药指导、饮食护理、运动指导和健康宣教等整体护理干预可有效减少糖尿病患者住院期间低血糖的发生率。

［Abstract］Objective Discussion holistic nursing intervention of hypoglycemia in patients with diabetes mellitus care effect. Methods Select January 2015— January 2016 in Endocrinology hospitalized 88 cases of diabetes complicated by hypoglycemia are discussed,depending on the mode of care will be divided into routine group and the overall group of patients to be routine Endocrinology routine care,the whole group of patients to be holistic nursing interventions based on the usual care and compared two groups of patients with low blood sugar situation from happening again.Results The whole group of patients was again 4.17%hypoglycemia,hypoglycemia in patients routine again was 37.50%,the overall situation of the patients was significantly better than the conventional group（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Diabetes complicated by hypoglycemia medication guide for patients,nursing diet,exercise and so the overall guidance and health education nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of diabetic patients hospitalized during hypoglycemia.

糖尿病患者在住院治疗期间并发低血糖不仅会加重原有病情，情况严重者还将会导致心脑血管类并发症，甚至引起患者死亡［1］。该院对2015年1月—2016年1月在内分泌科住院治疗的糖尿病并发低血糖患者实施整体护理干预，并与常规护理患者低血糖再次发生情况进行比较，发现低血糖再次发生率明显降低，现报道如下。

1　资料与方法

1.1一般资料
