健康教育对糖尿病患者无张力疝修补术的效果影响

目的 探究健康教育在糖尿病患者无张力疝修补术中的应用价值。方法 选取该院普外科住院部糖尿病无张力疝修补术患者30例（2012年12月—2015年12月）作为该研究的对象，对这30例糖尿病无张力疝修补术患者实施健康教育，对患者手术治疗情况以及并发症情况进行分析。结果 所有手术治疗成功，平均手术治疗时间为 （1.62± 0.33）h，平均住院时间为（6.10±1.22）d；切口甲级愈合患者27例，切口乙级愈合患者3例；未有患者因血糖控制不佳而出现并发症。结论 糖尿病无张力疝修补术患者接受健康教育，可以有效降低患者并发症的发生率，利于糖尿病无张力疝修补术患者的健康恢复。

［Abstract］Objective To explore the health education on diabetic patients without tension hernia repair application value. Methods Select our general surgery in-patient department of 30 patients with diabetes mellitus without tension hernia repair（December 2012-December 2015）as the object of the present study on the implementation of 30 patients with diabetes mellitus without tension hernia repair health education,surgical treatment to patients condition and complications were analyzed.Results All the surgery is successful,average operation time was（1.62±0.33）hours,the average hospitalization time was（6.10±1.22）days；27 patients with class a healing of incision,3 patients with class b healing of incision；Patients with no complications due to poor blood sugar control.Conclusion Diabetic patients without tension hernia repair accepted health education,can effectively reduce the incidence of complications in patients with,for patients with diabetes mellitus without tension hernia repair of health recovery.

疝是常见病的一种，也是多发病的一种，疝的主要治疗方法为手术治疗，其中无张力疝修补术在疝治疗中的应用效果较好，其具有复发率低、恢复快、手术创口小等优点［1-2］。糖尿病属于慢性疾病，其较易导致患者出现神经、血管等相关的并发症，而糖尿病合并疝患者接受手术治疗较易出现手术并发症的情况，对糖尿病无张力疝修补术患者的治疗效果以及术后康复造成困扰［3］。在糖尿病无张力疝修补术患者治疗过程中，给予糖尿病无张力疝修补术患者健康教育可以有效增加患者对治疗的了解程度，使得患者可以对手术治疗充分做好准备，从而减少糖尿病无张力疝修补术患者并发症的几率［4］。……
